A modern and comfortable premises in Northbridge. The reception staff were kind, patient and friendly. Our Doctor had an excellent bedside manner, used AI to capture our conversation, and emailed me a summary of the discussion and the treatment plan. This was an excellent experience.

I was informed in writing in a very business like manner to be ten minutes early for my appointment and that I had 15 minutes only and could only discuss one issue. If I cancelled I would be charged a fee. I arrived 20 minutes early the doctor was 45 minutes late. Clearly many consults take more than 15 minutes. My suggestion is book every 20 or 30 minutes not every 15.

This practice is top class. Ultra Professional. Brilliant latest hi tech equipment, plus the Doctors are fully focussed and also really nice people. The skin check isn't the lowest price available but what price for great health care such as this? I recommend this facility very highly.
