4 weeks ago I called to request and collect my MRI images. Waited 40min on the call. I arrived on the appointed date and they had not prepared my images.
I had to reschedule to the following week, and on the collection day I called (35min wait) to check- it was not done again, and they requested for me to come in the afternoon.

On my 3rd attempt to collect the images that afternoon, it was still not done and I had to wait an additional 30min in the waiting room. This is a highly dysfunctional clinic, would not recommend.

I would also give zero stars if I could. My daughter had an MRI 9 days ago and no report has been received yet. 9 days. Unbelievable. We have never ever at any other centre in Sydney ever waited longer than 1-3 days for a report. Hard to contact, long wait on the phone, incredibly unprofessional. Doctor MIA or just simply non existent?

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Had an MRI for my daughter over a week ago and we were told we would have the results early the following week. Still chasing them and was told that the doctor works remotely out of state and that they “can’t make them write the reports”.
Highly recommend using a different service where they actually care about their patients. Happy to take my money and not follow through at their end.

I had a wonderful experience here at I-MED in Chatswood. The waiting room is clean, spacious, and has clear signs full of useful information and guidance. The reception team were friendly and welcoming—happy to help explain the billing & rebate process as well as inform patients, like myself, of the details of their appointment, both their phone manners and face-to-face presence were pleasant and clear.

I would like to particularly shout-out David, the sonographer who performed my ultrasound. He was kind beyond words, easy to talk to, and made both my partner and I truly feel at ease and was happy to answer any and all questions! David was knowledgeable, professional, and displayed some of the best patient care that I have ever experienced. We left feeling satisfied, and even continued to talk about how great of a guy he was both personally and professionally.

Horrible booking experience. booked a procedure and rang to double check I had sent the correct paperwork as asked when I made the first call. I did not understand any of the terminology being used and only wanted to get it right. After being put through to “bookings” a woman advised in a very condescending tone, that if I didn’t have what was required I couldn’t have the appointment that I had booked earlier. Then said if I got that right and brought my previous reports and images it’s up to the Dr to see if he wanted to do anything. Appalling attitude to have when you are looking for help for a sensitive matter. Would not recommend coming here.

I've injured my foot and went in for an x-ray and ultrasound as per my GP's request and referral. The x-ray and ultrasound themselves were fine, everyone was professional. I was told the results should be sent to my GP in 1-2 working days and went ahead to book a follow up session with my GP 48 hours after. They wouldn't give a copy of the results to take home.

Lo and behold on the day of the follow up I was told the results haven't come in yet and I had to wait 50 minutes on the phone for someone to pick up - only to be told that they'll put me on higher priority but can't guarantee the results will be given to my GP on time of my appointment.
I don't understand why it must take so long to forward image results to a GP and wasn't given any explanation. In most other countries they are sent the same day and the patient can follow up with their doctor as soon as possible.

A complete farce and disgrace to Australia's medical system and this is exactly what happens when you leave anything to private equity. They've most probably outsourced their phone answering services - why else would it take so long to answer and only non-answers were given on the phone?

While images are ready fairly quickly, the reports are slow. 5 business days for a simple CT scan is slow for injured patients. Be more efficient in a business efficiency is one of the most important things.

Very racist. They initially told me the total charge for the treatment would be at certain price, but then they charged me differently. The manager said it was my fault for not understanding correctly and harassed me for my English.
