The clinic itself is modern, clean, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Had my consultation and treatment done by Dr Kenneth in the Parramatta clinic. He was thorough and patient in explaining the treatment to me. I had my Frown lines, forehead and crows feet sorted. I like his technique as I didn't turn out looking heavy on the forehead area and frozen. The clinic staff and front desk was friendly.

I been seeing doctor Michael for few years for nose filler .
Initially my experience with him was real nice and my nose always looked good and lasted long time too.for the past 1.5 years tho I noticed the filler wouldn’t last long at all and the results were not as good either. The doctor would say that sometimes the body break the filler faster due genetics , working out a lot etc .. but I didn’t change my routine and I started finding very weird the filler ( that you pay over 1k for nose only ) wouldn’t last longer than 1.5 months and would even not be done as good as before .
Reading few reviews I noticed few customers suspect he is watering down the product reason why not lasting long and even if I can’t say it with 100% certainty I surely have a huge feeling he might actually do that based on my experience.
A second feedback that I truly can’t avoid leaving Is for his STAFF. The girls are completely incompetent and would never let any of them to do any treatment to me ( even if doesn’t involve needles ).
They have a terrible Customer service . If the doctor is late they won’t even call you to let you know but you ll
Be there waiting for 40 min to one hour ( happened to me every single time and not exaggerating .. every single time ! And that caused me to have reschedule my work appointments which is so unprofessional. Those girls are the same one that will pester you like the plague if u look into the website cause they will call you
No stop pushing you to book an appointment there . Be extremely careful if u decide to book at any of their location and remember ( I learnt my lesson ) when a business gives so many free treatments to influencer to pump
Their business says it all.
I ll never come back there and found a better doctor in crows nest that not only has a better /more professional staff but his filler does last long ( which makes me realise the doctor here was really watering the product ) .
Stay away if you can and if u decide to take the risk good luck . U ll see for yourself all this is reality and not BS .
Be aware of fake reviews
Edit 2 days after this review : the doctor been pestering me calling me from different numbers and trying to get me to remove this review . I won’t be intimated . I am a real customer and my review is real and people need to know before they spend so much money at your clinic Doctor Michael . As everyone can see from my reviews I am leaving good reviews at all times . I don’t make up stories for the sake of it So please stop calling me trying to buy me back with free treatments I am not interested in any longer or will be report you at authorities for harassment .

Honestly the best! Everyone was so friendly, Dr. Michael is the best! He listened to my concerns and worked on them straight away, took time to educate and explain the procedure to me. Esta is just so beautiful and very patient with my questions and found the best treatments and products for me. I can’t wait to go back next week for my facials 🙂 I honestly rarely feel comfortable in clinics hut they all made me feel welcome and I even got lollies after haha, it was like Christmas!
