Was referred to them , waited 4 months for initial consult
Reasonable as public clinics
Had to reschedule for 5 weeks later as I was ill, still fine
My appointment came and was experiencing covid symptoms.
Rang clinic and was offered a Telehealth appointment instead of face to face.
Appointment time came and went .
Waited by the phone for two hours, no call.
Rang the next day to be told they tried to get on to me and now I need to wait another 4 months to see anyone.
I’m angry that I could have been offered a Telehealth appointment the first time and that I was fobbed off in such an obvious lie.
No missed call no voicemail.
No courtesy.
Just wait another four months cause you don’t have money and we don’t have the time of day for you.
A sincere apology about your stuff up would have gone down a lot better
