Dr Ming Chen was absolutely amazing! He took his time explaining some flaws noted in my teeth and had suggested some solutions to follow up with. He was with gentle and considerate when attending to me. Could not recommend this Dentist much more than I am. His assistant was also very lovely and helpful.

Modern business which is capable of the highest quality work. I HIGHLY reccomend this dentist especially for new patients who are uncomfortable or anxious about going to a dentist. The staff are very attentive, the dentist is genuine and thoughtful and I can see he cares about what he does and is not just there for the money. The dentist is a high quality doctor with expert level ability and the assistant is equally as proffesional and genuine. I am genuinely impressed with this place and I will never go to any other dentist.

For as long as I can remember, I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist and for that reason often put off treatment until I’m in severe pain. I looked at Google reviews for local dentists and found The Liverpool Dentist. I explained my anxiety and they were compassionate, caring and empathetic. They didn’t rush my extraction and were patient giving me plenty of time to take a break if I needed. The treatment was affordable, and they even have a referral program to help save you on your next visit. I have already referred a friend, will never go to a different dentist. Thank you Liverpool dentist I’m still scared at the thought of going to a dentist but know that you will help me manage my anxiety every time.

Dr Jen is a very detailed person. She is friendly and follows up referrals in a timely manner, always happy with the result, scalling, polish and fillings are great. She does veneer as well.
She also provides a medical certificate when you need it for personal care leave. The place is very clean, an extra bonus if you have an appointment in the evening, you can get the delicious pizza next door.
