Not unfortunately what i expected. So disappointed. Loved its ambience - peace and once i saw they’re rooms it felt beautiful

However my massage was not good. Not relaxing. I had to ask why it was not a complete massage- why were my legs and feet nut massaged ( as I requested in the original sight in form) the massage was in itv

The masseur kept massaging my shoulder incessantly so long ( mo problem with this area)?that I had to ask her to stop .. she was very Inexperienced. I was a new client. I would have loved to return regularly
It as not neant to be !!!
The towel that I had around my neck laying on the massage bed was so uncomfortable and for a week after the masssge I had a bad breakout in that area . Bumps and rash. I have never had that reaction in forty years having massages !

In the following d days I rang to speak ti the manager. Or owner. I wanted to explain what my experience had been in a friendly practical manner. - and useful manner. He says he would look into it

I never heard back from him. Not a phone calm Nothing. I would have wanted to reassure future clients about further support and reassurance of fa better service. Nothing !! .

Everyone else here quotes of a great experience I wi sh mine had been - but nothing like that.

I am visiting from the states and really needed a good massage. I chose Golden Vale because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a wonderful 90 minute Thai massage with oil and ear candling. The staff were wonderful starting off with a warm foot bath. I didn’t need the pressure adjusted at all. I would certainly go back !
