I recently visited the clinic and was lucky to have Dr. Pratikshya as my dentist and I honestly had such a good experience. She is Nepalese like me which made me feel instantly more comfortable. She explained everything so clearly and gently making sure I understood the procedure without making it scary or overwhelming. Super sweet, super professional and just overall made me feel really safe and cared for generally recommend her to anyone. I’ll definitely going back to her for all my future checkups. so glad I found her. Thank you.

Extremely terrible customer service from that woman at the front desk reception. She was extremely rude on the phone telling me to pay her 75 dollars for missing an appointment. Is she going to pocket that 75 dollars for her lunch or dinner money? An absolute disgrace telling a customer to pay for any unnecessary fees. Here is a tip never tell any customers what to do. I went to All Smiles dental instead and their customers service was way better. No gap dental Liverpool just lost a customer because of this incapable and rude receptionist woman on the phone. What a shame indeed

Wonderful team, so patient and caring. The team really took their time with the extraction of my daughter’s teeth. They listened, offered her gentle encouragement and coached her through the entire process. Hawraa took really good care for me. She explained all the things I needed to get done. Took before, mid, and after shots of all my teeth for my fillings.

The reception also do a quote each visit to double check if you do need to pay anything out of pocket which helps to manage my financial expectations.

Thank goodness I am with AHM extras as it covered all of my cleans and simple fillings. I didn’t have to pay the difference. They really are the no gaps dentistry.

Dr Sarita was amazing with my 2 kids (1 & 3 year olds), she made them feel so comfortable and reception girl was very nice and welcoming too.
