My review is only based on the responsiveness and care of admin, doctors and nurses as I prepare to do first cycle.

I came here after a bad experience at a city-based clinic where the nurses and admin were great but i felt the specialist wasnt really present with me, like i couldnt make sense of things and why they were happening.

The Liverpool team is incredible at interpersonal work. Every staff member so far brings tonnes of care and consideration 😌 Renata at the front desk deserves a special mention too for the depth of understanding, professionalism and warmth she brings to the practice.

Dr Leung is looking after me now and I'm really happy and relieved. So much wisdom, all of his suggestions made sense, were clear and he thinks about all the possibilities. He also did a great job including my partner in the process and is very kind. Thank you TfC Liverpool

I've had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. I know some people may think the low cost means it's not as good but that's not true at all. I met 3 of the doctors all who were lovely and informative. All the nursing staff are so nice and answer any questions you have even if you think they're silly. They guide you each step of the way so it makes the process seemless. The reception ladies are absolutely gorgeous people also and are always so welcoming. I was lucky enough to fall pregnant on my first go but I know if I want more children I'll be back without a doubt! Couldn't fault this place and I highly recommend the entire team.

The only thing I would say is need communication between nurses and doctors. Not on day of transfer patient has to tell doctor what is happening. And it's very hard to make decision for doctor and patient on the day of transfer.
Renata is one of the kindest ❤️.soft spoken person.

Just welcomed a beautiful healthy baby after one IVF cycle at The Fertility Centre. I can't recommend TFC highly enough! You will access fertility treatment with all the expertise of a regular clinic, at a much lower cost. The process ran very efficiently and the entire TFC team are so compassionate. Thank you TFC ❤️

My deepest Thanks and gratitude to the Team of nurses and doctors in The Fertility Centre Liverpool. We never really thought about going through an IVF but the doctors gave us the assurance and made us comfortable from Day 1. Today Thanks to Al-Mighty, I am 5 months pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy from the start. The team has been a constant support and guidance at the start of this journey and has been a smooth experience. I would recommend anyone esp in the Liverpool area to try going with them and hopefully will get a good chance of fulfilling your wish.

My hubby and I had been trying naturally for 4 years. We came to a decision to try IVF and with our 2nd round, we fell pregnant with our one miracle embryo using ICSI ✨️

The IVF journey was a comfortable journey as every step was not a hassle as the nurses looked after us with every step of the way.
The cost was also very affordable in this clinic compared to other IVF clinics.
Hubby and I are so thankful for this beautiful opportunity we experienced and we will never forget this 💛

Caring team that work hard to take care of patient and baby wellbeing. It has been wonderful being taken care of by a team that care about patients and families rather than profit. Affordable, with kind staff who will answer your questions and help you understand the process, and who follow you up in a timely manner throughout your treatment (and who genuinely care about helping you achieve a family). Good care taken of us, and good care taken of our embryos. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for good fertility treatment.

I could not commend the team at The Fertility Centre more. After trying IVF at a private company, I assumed I would be treated as a number at the low price point. I can honestly say every single person who works there are amazing. Every doctor, nurse, receptionist and scientist has been friendly, accommodating and made me feel at ease. I am so glad I made the switch as I cannot recommend them enough.
