Great clinic! The staff was very nice and friendly, the doctors were very caring and professional, and everything went smoothly. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely unpredictable in how she spoke to me. There was no courtesy or basic respect in the way she interacted with patients. On top of that, she failed to remind me to bring my Medicare card and healthcare card before the appointment, which caused unnecessary stress and delay. A receptionist is the first point of contact for any medical practice, and unfortunately, this one gave a very poor impression. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and improves their front desk service.

Scheduled an appointment at 5p. Checked in with receptionist.
Waited for two hours until I could wait no longer due to work obligations.
Quite possibly the worst service I've received.

I've received better service in third world countries.

I would steer clear of this place.

One of the best medical centres in the south-west. Whilst it doesn’t look like much from the outside, the staff are very friendly and accommodating; I can always get a booking here, and the doctors are very knowledgeable as well. Thoroughly recommended.

When it comes to Liverpool Doctors Medical Centre it ticks all of the boxes of being one of the most professional medical centre in the south west.

When it comes to booking an appointment it is quick, simple and easy whilst having their caring and very charismatic receptionists to aid if there is any trouble. As well as the fact that most receptionists speak both English and Arabic which is a huge bonus for everyone.

When it comes to the waiting time it is something that hasn’t bothered me in the slightest as they try their absolute best to stay on time with all their patients and take full seriousness with every single patient that comes into the clinic.

Lastly with the doctors, the doctors there are more than just brilliant, they are all well presented and deal with each problem correctly and professionally no matter the extreme. All the doctors are all very charming and all are very polite whilst providing as much aid as they can.

This is without a doubt one of the most impressive medical facilities I've ever seen.The entire staff is wonderful, from the receptionist to the doctors. The wait time was perfectly reasonable given the number of patients. In addition, the doctors are experts in their fields and have lovely manners and treatment. I only have positive things to say. I've read the other reviews and think they're ridiculous. It's a fantastic medical centre that checks all the boxes, and I highly recommend it!

I would like to acknowledge Dr Raiz Ismail. He is the most professional, patient and extremely diligent doctor and I am very lucky to have found such a great psychiatrist. He evaluated, diagnosed and supported me with his professional expertise. I have had a life changing experience and I would not have been able to get to where I am without his help, he truly changed my life and extremely grateful.

Truly a hidden gem!

This has to be one of the best Medical Centre’s I’ve ever been to,

The staff from the receptionist to the doctors are great.

There was a wait time for my appointment (JUST LIKE EVERY MEDICAL CENTRE) but it wasn’t one that I would state as bothering me.

Furthermore,
The doctors are experts in their field as well as their manners and treatment being beautiful people.

I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve seen the other reviews and think they’re absurd none the less, to say the least it’s a great medical centre and ticks all the boxes.
