We had a swift and smooth experience at the clinic. Despite arriving 20 minutes late, the receptionist was very polite and welcoming. She kindly asked us to fill out the necessary information before taking us to the operating room. There, she applied cream on the baby and asked us to watch an informative video.

About 10–15 minutes later, Dr. Muhammad arrived, greeted us, and proceeded with the procedure in a calm and efficient manner. I had seen some negative reviews claiming he was arrogant, but I didn’t find that to be true. While his communication style might come off as a bit direct or reserved, I believe that’s just his natural demeanor.

Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this clinic to others.

Avoid this doctor/clinic for your sons circumcision procedure. I took my son in aged 2 months to get circumcised and doctor walked in rudely, has a quick look then says it can’t be done. I asked why and he said something I didn’t quite understand, seemed like he was in a hurry then went to walk out.

I stopped him and said well if it can’t be done today when can it be done? Should we come back next month or in a few months from now to which he replies no, you’ve got to wait years not months best to bring him to me when he’s about 7 or 8 years old. And then he says and don’t try and take him somewhere else even if they tell you they can do it they will ruin your sons penis.

Fast forward a couple more months we’ve taken him somewhere else (on advice from other people) and had the procedure done by another doctor who couldn’t quite seem to understand why this other doctor couldn’t do it. My son had the procedure done, it was quick and easy and the aftercare went smoothly. Don’t let this doctor tell you it can’t be done because there are doctors out there better than him who can do it.

We are really nervous for this procedure for my boy. When doctor assured baby will not hurt anymore then , We pleased to be in the room with my son during the entire procedure. The staff took care in comforting my baby and he appeared to be in no discomfort. Was a positive experience overall, very happy with the service. I am highly recommend this clinic, one more things is my boy didn't discomfort for this procedures. Thank you doctor sahariar you are the best.

I had my circumcision done by Dr. Mohammad Sharier when I was 16 years old, and I can confidently say it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Naturally, I was a bit nervous going into it, but Dr. Sharier made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the moment I first met him, he was extremely professional, kind, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail — what to expect before, during, and after the procedure — which really helped ease my nerves.

What stood out most to me was how genuinely caring and understanding he was. He never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed, and he made sure I was fully informed and prepared. During the procedure itself, he went above and beyond to help me stay relaxed. He kept up a light and friendly conversation to keep my mind distracted, which helped more than I expected. It felt like he truly understood how to connect with patients on a human level, not just as a doctor, and that meant a lot to me.

The procedure went smoothly and professionally, and the aftercare instructions were very clear and easy to follow. He made sure I knew I could reach out with any concerns or questions, which gave me peace of mind during the healing process. Recovery went great, and I had no complications at all.

Overall, Dr. Sharier is not only highly skilled, but also very compassionate. I’m really grateful that he was the one who performed my procedure. I would 100% recommend him to anyone — especially teens or young adults — who may be feeling unsure or anxious about getting circumcised. You’re in excellent hands with Dr. Sharier.

We had our son circumsized a few months ago. I was really nervous and worried, although, to my surprise, the entire experience and procedure was flawless. The nurse put numbing cream, then the dr administered the anaesthetic needle, then we were able to sit in the room during the procedure which I was grateful to be able to do.

My son didn't cry whatsoever. The nurse distracted him with a gentle head massage and the procedure was very fast. My son was calm and didn't show any signs of discomfort. It was a HUGE relief. Furthermore, the postoperative period was uneventful. My son didn't seem to mind having his nappies changed and wasn't affected by any discomfort, which again was a big relief.

Doctor is very experienced, calm and assertive. I suppose his demeanor may come across standoffish to some, but again, he's not here to pep talk you, he's here because he's excellent at what he does.. and for that, I can't argue. He is a busy doctor with lots of patients filling his waiting room, many of which return with their younger children for the same procedure.

I highly recommend Gentle Procedures and wouldn't hesitate to return if I had another son.

Worst experience ! I came in with my 11 week old son the nurse came in and put numbing cream and said we have to wait 30 mins for it to work / the doctor to arrive . Upon the doctors arrival he was so blunt and arrogant. He walks into the room not even a welcoming greeting ( he can see how nervous I am ) He examines my little one and tells me he’s not suitable for the Circumcision due to the skin growing back ( after getting a second opinion it was stated that the excessive 4skin can’t grow back. Whilst we were confused my husband asked when will we know when our son is suitable the doctor puts his hand in my husbands face and says “ I’m still talking I haven’t finished let me talk” He sees that we were confused and couldn’t understand why the procedure couldn’t be done. I asked the doctor if we should wait a few months he bluntly replies saying he won’t be ready till atleast another year and walks out of the room. I understand the doctor knows best but there’s a way of communicating and explaining things especially to first time parents. He wasn’t open for any questions or a conversation it’s like he couldn’t get out of the room any faster. Horrible experience we left the surgery confused and shocked by the attitude of this doctor. I hope no one has to experience something like this with their child especially when it’s such a sensitive procedure.

Dr Mohammad did a great job and the procedure for our little baby went nicely, professionally, smoothly, and also swiftly. I was also impressed by the fantastic care and great attention we received from his team in the clinic from the moment we arrived till we left going back home. We also received a follow up call next day which is really appreciated, and reflects an excellent customer service. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone.
