I entered the large waiting room to get an xray, expecting it to be full, as it is normally. The receptionist both were polite and very helpful. Answering all my questions with a smile. The radiologists were equally friendly and performed their job, professionally. I would recommend this facility to anyone with pleasure. Bulk billing makes ever easier.

I had a steroid injection in my hip recently at South West Radiology in Liverpool. Everything went really well, the doctor & staff were very professional and helpful. There was almost zero wait time. The service was Medicare bulk billed which is amazing seeing I was quoted $350 cash elsewhere. I was in and out the door within 45 minutes. Very happy. No problem at all. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service from the Nurses and Doctors, receptionist staff were okay, I didn't get a friendly or welcoming vibe when I walked in and approached them, they were there to do their job and nothing else. I was looked after by a Nurse named Josephine, she went out of her way to assist me. The senior male officer was wonderful, he really assisted me when I was put onto the Xray machine, he took his time and made sure I was very comfortable and relaxed. The other Nurses were friendly and helpful as well. I really recommend going here to get your xrays done, the only concern is parking, they have on-site parking but not alot so you might have to park on the road

I was able to get a quick appointment. On arrival the reception staff greeted me with a friendly smile. I didn't had to wait long. When I got called inside to go through my procedure the staff were really friendly and polite. They filled in my form than took me inside. CT was done. After I came out staff were caring for me. The SWR team were great during my recent visit… sadly the doctor from Liverpool Hospital that performed my procedure was rude and did nothing to make me feel at ease… hopefully all is good when I get the results as I would not be happy to have to go through it again….

had a knee injection under ct guided for chronic pain with dr Segal and his staff yesterday at South West Radiology Liverpool, totally happy with top professionalism and friendly. The procedure was comfortable, quick and surprisingly no pain. The procedure was bulk billed for me as well many thanks. highly recommended

Last week, we went for an ultrasound at the radiology department, and the experience was excellent. The staff who attended to us were very kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Even at the reception, we were warmly welcomed and everything was well-organized. We truly appreciate their care and service. Thank you so much!
