I had to get a blood test done on a public holiday (Kings Birthday - 09.06.25) and they were open. It was a fantastic service! I was in & out within 10-15mins of arrival. Blood is hard to get out of me & the pathologist got it first time. She is definitely great at what she does. Absolutely friendly & she made me feel so comfortable. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name. It’s is the best place so far for me & I hope you try them too.

Alberto was amazing! I have tricky veins, but he was gentle, skilled, and got it done with ease. His room is clearly set up to support children with special needs — there were toys and a welcoming vibe that shows he really caters to their comfort. You can tell he cares about creating a safe and calm space for everyone. Highly recommend!

I have the biggest fear of blood tests, I cannot tolerate them very well usually, and have panic attacks from the moment I receive a referral for one. I came in today crying and left with a smile on my face thanks to the professionalism and gentleness of Mariam. I expressed my anxiety, she allowed me to lay down and did it very quickly. Will be returning for future blood work!

Amazing service by Charlize (I can't remember her name anymore but I think that was the phlebotomist's name).
We went in today Sunday 8th June 9.30am to get my 6 year old's blood collected. And the phlebotomist explained every step to my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. At the end she made my daughter feel so proud for being so brave and have my daughter a teddy.
I work in pathology too and I got to say this is the most professional collection service I have ever seen.

Really like that you can book online appointments. I had my blood test within 10mins of my appointment time. Facilities were clean and place was modern.

This was the best blood collection experience for my child! Alberto, the pathology specialist, did an amazing job. My son (9 yo) was nervous before coming, but Alberto engaged him by talking about history (my son’s favourite subject), and then explained the entire blood collection process. He was professional and kind, which made all the difference. The result? No tears! In the end, my child received a certificate and a cute teddy bear for being brave. He even asked me to book the next appointment only with Alberto!

I took my 3 year old here for a blood test and the level of care here is unmatched. My son was greeted by Alberto and Melissa who made sure they made him feel so relaxed and comfortable! He did not even cry! They took their time and did not rush the appointment and kept reassuring him and getting him to smile. I have been to so many places for blood tests but honestly nothing compares to the outstanding service I received today! You exceeded my expectations. Taking customer out of turn without appointment and ticket, number 25 taken before patient 23 and 24.Since they were colleagues at the hospital. People were waiting for an hour, that's rude and disrespectful. Follow a queue system not who you know.
