I see Jenny for treatment at In Touch Health Co. I’ve been seeing her regularly leading up to the pointy end of my pregnancy when I was getting quite uncomfortable in my hips and back. She provided me with so much relief and advice which really helped. She’s very good and you can tell she knows her stuff and is very experienced.

I used to just go to random massage places in shopping centers and see anyone every time I wanted a massage prior to being pregnant but I will now always book in Jenny when I can as I could tell the different in her experience compared to the other practices.

She also went out of her way to provided me with hearty home cooked recipes like bone broths and soups which I’m excited to make now that I have had the baby and I am in the recovering prenatal phase.

I have also had a remedial massage since giving birth from Jenny (not the pregnancy remedial one) and it was just as good, maybe even better as she could do more with my body now that I’m no longer pregnant.

Already keen to see her again for treatment!

Highly recommend Jenny if you have some
body aches/niggles that require treatment or you want to relax and feel great again whilst being pregnant!

Lovely little clinic for remedial and pregnancy massages. The space was calm and relaxing.

Highly recommend Teghan she is an absolute gem really knows her work, my shoulders and back are so much better since I have been seeing her. As soon as you walk into the office and greeted by the lovely receptionist you feel welcome. 10/10 from me.

Cannot recommend Adam enough. My pelvis was so sore from 12 weeks pregnant and was becoming increasingly worse to a point where I couldn’t walk in the evenings by 20 weeks especially if I had an active day. I saw him for one session and since that day I have not had even one second of the same pain. It’s been amazing and I finally feel like I can enjoy my pregnancy more now that I can move better. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with a smile and exceptional service. I booked a remedial massage with Denise, who took her time listening to me and asking me about my symptoms and areas of pain. She also provided me with lots of health and lifestyle advice, which I have been following accordingly. She made me feel very comfortable before, during and after the massage. I walked out of the clinic feeling so light, and my pain had significantly decreased! The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and hygienic. I’m looking forward to my next session.

I walked to this clinic first time today and welcomed by receptionist Kristy with a smile. I had remedial massage. I PAYED FOR 1 HOUR MASSAGE BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS CLINIC SO I PUT THE TIMER ON AND WHEN MASSAGE THERAPIST FINISHED THE MASSAGE AND I CHECKED MY TIMER AND IT WAS ONLY 44 MINUTES. So I think they should also put the timer on to ensure that they deliver full service.
