I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Haven. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly owner who went above and beyond to ensure myself and my husband felt comfortable and well taken care of. His attentiveness and genuine care created such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was also outstanding. Every space, from the hot rooms and the pools, to the waiting area, was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of tranquility and wellness. It’s clear that hygiene and customer satisfaction are top priorities here.

I highly recommend Haven to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating experience. I can’t wait to return !

Have been a member at haven wellness for about 3 months now and I signed up from the beginning after my first session which I am so glad I did. Kristian is lovely his professionalism is above and beyond. My first session he explained the way haven runs so I was very confident moving around in the space. He is always greeting and a very well mannered human!

As I opened the door to Haven Wellness today for the first time, immediately I had a sense of what wellness embodies, which is calming and relaxing.

I was greeted with a warm smile by Trinity, who gave me my massage. She was respectful, super easy to talk to, and the massage was great. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and more relaxed.

I was also fortunate to meet with Dwayne, the owner, who was very welcoming, and we had a great chat. Thank you for having me—I'll definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful experience at Haven Wellness in Smeaton Grange. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing – the perfect escape. The magnesium pool, sauna, and steam room were incredible, and the cold plunge was the perfect way to refresh and reset.

The staff here are so warm, welcoming, and supportive – they really make you feel at home. Every detail of the space is designed with care, and it’s clear they truly want you to unwind and feel your best.

It was my first time visiting Haven today and it definitely exceeded all expectations. Christian was very welcoming and helpful in explaining everything. The space is absolutely beautiful and relaxing, my 90 min session flew by and I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt after using the facilities. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my partner came down for an hour long massage and recovery session combo. After seeing a few posts by others on Instagram we were intrigued to experience it ourselves.

The place is amazing. Like next level amazing. I had the ability to be able to transition from each end of the temperature spectrum and push their relative disciplines on my body to its extremes using each of the available facilities (Cold plunge pool, Finnish sauna, magnesium pool, steam room) all while in a calm setting paired with meditative audio giving my body, and more importantly my mind a high and release not attainable anywhere else. The layout and aesthetic design of each room is out of this world. No expense spared.

I’m in my thirties and a tradie while being a full time gym go-er so my body is in a constant state of aching and healing. But I shit you not, I didn’t feel as relaxed and rejuvenated as I did the next day after coming here.

The massage by Trinity was the best after all this. The room was modern and beautiful. The conversation and massage were both exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

This place has a vision and a passion behind it. I was that impressed that I signed up to become a member at the end of my first visit. Enjoy!!
