I recently attended several physiotherapy session at Move360 Gregory Hills for bursitis management, and the experience was highly positive. The staff were friendly, supportive, and attentive from the moment I arrived.

My physiotherapist, Lee Ford took the time to assess my condition thoroughly, listened to my concerns, and explained the treatment plan clearly. The sessions included gentle manual therapy, targeted exercises to improve mobility and reduce inflammation, and advice on posture and activity modification to prevent further irritation.

Sharing a well deserved review to the team, especially Paul who worked on me. I work as a plumber and as anyone in any trade would know how physically demanding the work is. As a result the damage it can do to the body. I’ve been dealing with issues in my neck, shoulders and back for many years, was never really comfortable with having someone work on me either. But having Paul work on me, he did some incredible work, without a doubt I was amazed. Paul put me onto a strategy plan over a few sessions as well with a clear outline on what he was doing. Didn’t expect the end result. Pain gone, tension/tightness gone, my mobility feels like I’m 16 again lol and even sleeping was so much more comfortable.
