I can't fault this clinic. Andrew is an amazing physio whose diagnoses are pretty much as accurate as a scan. Matt is an absolute legend as he fitted me last minute for a moon boot as well as crutches even when the clinic wasn't open and I was in agony. Reception is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, particularly if you have complex injuries like me!

Absolutely fantastic practice. Extremely helpful and caring. I have a very rare disorder and they are always willing to work with me depending on how my symptoms are each session. The receptionist are brilliant and always friendly and up for a good chat. I wouldn't use any other physio.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy. On Monday, February 5, at 3:53 PM, I enquired about an appointment with a massage therapist due to severe pain. Thankfully, I was told there was an available spot the following day with my regular therapist, which was a huge relief given how unbearable my situation had become.

I scheduled my work day around this appointment, only to arrive and be told that I had actually been booked in for the following Thursday—more than a week later. Under no circumstances would I have accepted a booking so far away, as I was in urgent need of treatment and would have kept searching for an alternative.

The staff did attempt to rebook me at a later date, but I needed a solution before then. They later called back to offer a cancellation spot that afternoon, but by that time, I had already organised my lunch break around the original appointment and was expected back at work during the time they were now offering.

This kind of scheduling error and miscommunication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with clients in pain who rely on accurate bookings. I won’t be trusting them with my care again.
