Always 45-hour wait with an appointment. Had concerns dismissed by doctors (“he’ll grow out of it”). I was not presented with options for form of care (doctor vs midwife) or testing when I was pregnant (when actually I wanted midwife care but was refused a referral for months). No bulk billing. Needed a vaccination for travel and instead billed me for a phone call to discuss it with the doctor. Saved my money and got a vaccine through another doctor and it cost me nothing as they bulk bill. 2 stars because it’s better than nothing.

I've been coming here for 3 years now and I definitely will recommend them. The staff is lovely and helpful, and the doctors and nurses are great. I have to mention specially Dr. Tam as he is one of the nicest human beings I've met and has this really caring nature which makes you feel well looked after on top of his great medical knowledge!

Dr Barrell is one of the best GPS I’ve ever known in my life, I’m so thankful and grateful she’s my doctor. She’s thorough, incredibly intelligent, and I trust her with everything. The staff here are very pleasant, polite and understanding which I really appreciate.

I have been a patient since I was 16 when they were at Lawson now 56 with Dr Harget as my primary dr and Dr Dawson was my Dr during my pregnancy’s ,they are very caring Drs ,receptionists are always welcoming and follow all protocols that are required with Covid protocols..

I have just joined this medical clinic after moving to the area. The staff are super friendly and happy!!! I haven’t seen such caring people in a medical clinic in a long time. I have been attending the Ochre Medical Centre at Wentworth Falls since its beginning in 2015. I have always been greeted by the loveliest, friendliest and compassionate receptionists I have ever experienced. I am immediately welcomed with happy smiles and these lovely ladies always listen sympathetically to what you have to say. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is in place and that your well-being comes first. These ladies are true humanitarians - this also is conveyed in their superb telephone manner. Nothing is too much.
You ladies are just fabulous!
These accolades also extend to all the doctors and nurses (you are truly awesome Don……) whom I have been fortunate to meet - you all are just terrific.I always know I have received the very best treatment one could receive.
In particular I refer to one Doctor: Dr Barrell - your caring, understanding, consideration and professionalism is second to none. Thank you, Dr Barrell - you're wonderful!

My experience of Ochre medical practice was superb. Dr. Wu was extremely personable and professional. I was looking for a permanent medical practitioner in my local area and am very please to have found Dr. Wu. I can highly recommend Dr. Wu.
