I did not know this GP practice was there until the pharmacist told me - it's just past the ANZ bank in Mittagong. I got an appointment straight away and had a really good experience in dealing with my issue and talking about preventative care, which is really important to me. I have been seeking a local doctor having moved the the Highlands several years ago and now I have a solution. I was particularly impressed with the appointment system, staying on time and not being forced to sit in a waiting room for up to an hour, full of people coughing and sneezing. It's like private care but on bulk billing. Worth the five stars I have given it.

My first visit to Dr Hassan - he came highly recommended and with good reason. A very relaxed and informative session and I felt I was in good hands. - Their Pathology lady was amazing as well.

Do not use this medical Centre. I rang and made an appointment over the phone for the following day at 10 am.
When I arrive, the door is locked, there are people sitting on the seats inside. The wind is howling and it is freezing. It took several moments for the staff to unlock the door. When I entered the clinic. Staff were too busy to welcome me. They just open the door and ran back to what they were doing.
A short, while later the receptionist comes to the front desk and informs me. I do not have an appointment. I explained that I had called the day before at 1:37 pm as the number is recorded in my phone.
They told me they would not have booked an appointment for that day as there was only one doctor on and they were not taking on any New clients.

The medical centre is Very unprofessional and rude. Makes me wonder about a clinic that cannot even get an appointment right.

Very clean clinic and super nice reception staff. The doctor is very caring and professional. He explains everything in a simple detailed way and gives the effective prescription.

My mum and I came to doctor Farah nawabi at Mittagong surgery not knowing where 2 turn in 2 appointments she sorted out a lot of problems for my whole family n especially my mum who is experiencing memory problems .Doc made us feel comfortable n my mum kept saying I'm coming back to that doctor all the time she's lovely it made us as a family feel much better .I am now seeing the same doctor for my ailments can't recommend her enough n appreciate her time god bless

Having recently moved into the area I needed to find a medical practice. I went to 'Mittagong Doctors' as the bulkbilling practicewas prepared to give me an appointment almost immeditely. I found Tiziana at reception most pleasant and helpful and Dr Hassan has been very thorough and methodical in my treatments. I have been treated with respect and concern for my indivudual medical needs and certainly not 'rushed' through a consultation as just 'another patient'.
I am pleased to recommend Mittagng Doctors' as a caring and professional medical centre.

It starts with a lovely receptionist to greet you. Dr Megan Pillay really listens and explains things well,she is easy to talk to. I am really happy to have found her. The clinic is in a great position with plenty of parking. They also bulk bill which is great. You are not rushed in and out in 5 mins like the McDonald's drive through.

Love this practice so much. Secretary is such a beautiful person and the nurse was very lovely - all staff are accommodating and both Dr Pillay and Dr Hassan are extremely knowledgeable and care. They listened to every concern and explained everything. Highly recommend
