I had sharp pains in my lower back and Lainie relieved the pain immediately. She then said in a couple of sessions old injuries.would come out as she adjusted everything. In 3 sessions, my hip went back into place (didn't know it was out.and an old.arm injury surfaced and was fixed. Been 6 months and feeling great.

I took my 6yo daughter to see Lainie for help with pain associated with hypotonia; nothing else had helped previously besides pain medication, and she was struggling to sleep and walk long distances. After the very first session of bowen her relief was immediate, and every subsequent session the results lasted longer each time. Not only was bowen non invasive and highly effective for my daughter, as a practitioner Lainie was so calming, gentle and friendly that she looked forward to every appointment. I can't recommend Lainie highly enough.
