Such a beautiful space. Pleasant front of practice staff. Dr Fiona Napier-Flood was excellent at listening to my issues and working a plan to move forward. I really like to see a Dr taking a wholistic approach to patient care.

I have been looking for a GP to provide up to date menopause care. Dr Monaghan was thorough but did not offer me all the alternatives that are available to alleviate my menopausal symptoms. She recommended blood tests and said she would contact me with the results but I had to follow up a month later and the receptionist said I needed to make a further appointment to discuss these results. For reference, my local GP calls to discuss test results free of charge. At $300 for the initial appointment, I was disappointed this service was not offered. Furthermore, the receptionist refused to send these results to a specialist Dr Monaghan referred me too, even when the receptionist of that specialist called and asked for the results. These results were eventually obtained from the pathology clinic. Dr Monaghan also suggested I see another GP at her practice for a prescription she could not provide. After querying the further $300 cost to see this GP for a prescription, the practice did offer me an appointment for $250 instead. I declined as I felt that was excessive. In all, I was disappointed with the follow up service and will not be returning. The practice was modern and fresh, although the seating layout in the consult room was awkward and forced the patient to sit looking over her shoulder to the GP. Dr Monaghan was professional but not warm. I felt processed not cared for.

I have finally found a place where all my women's health needs can be met. Dr Monaghan is attentive, detailed, takes a holistic approach, and really knows her stuff. Lovely, contemporary facility with a calm atmosphere, too!
