I've been seeing this clinic for more than ten years. When they were in Chatswood the service was excellent but since they have moved the service has gone down hill, especially the team on reception.
Yesterday I called at 1000 and was told all they had was a "short" appointment, where i could only speak to the doctor and would not be able to get any vaccines or meds. So I grabbed this appointment for 1445. I arrived at 1430 and at 1457 I asked when I would be seen and was told the doctor was running late and would have to wait till 1530. I told them i was not waiting and left.
After 10 years of seeing this clinic, I will not be back. There are now to many other options in this market to put up with curt receptionists and non existent time slots.

I would definitely recommend TMVC to anyone who is planning a travel overseas. I was on a little budget, had no time to try on several centres, and found the best service at TMVC. I received comprehensive advice and information from the doctor, and I did not feel pushed to buy or get prescript anything. I was free to decide what I wanted to get, while being given the right information on the health requirements for my trip. As the doctor knew I was on a budget and short time plan, she made everything run as fast as possible for me while executing a safe health plan for me (time of consultations and series of vaccinations). The staff is friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Reliable vaccin centre.

I lost my vaccination certificate that was done at this clinic 20 years ago. I rang them and they found me on the system. They were able to create me a new certificate and mail it to me interstate with a very short turnaround (I am leaving on the weekend!) Excellent, super helpful service. Thank you!

Booked an appointment and arrived 10 min early to complete paperwork.
10 min after appointment time were advise she was running 20 min behind.
40 min after our scheduled appointment time we left Why make an appointment at all 40+min is ridiculous

It’s 10.40am when the clinic says it’s open from 9am but it’s closed. Hmmm, it’s not the kind of place you quickly pop in to get a mosquito net and a few other supplies before you head overseas.
