Unfortunately can't put zero star review. Unorganised centre. Waiting hours last your appointment time is normal. No dr or nurse available for implanon insurt or removal. Front desk staff un knowleable and rude. Always constantly misdiagnosed.

I was very upset after seeing this GP today. I felt rushed, embarrassed and like I was a nuisance. There were topics I'd discuss with my normal GP I would never want to broach with this Dr as she was not warm in ANY way. I'd expect it from a bulk billing medical centre but to be charged and given such poor compassion and advice was appalling.

Dr Arron Chan is a doctor to avoid. Will be reporting him to the medical board and hope his ability to harm other patients is removed. Do yourself a favour and never go here.

My name is Alan Smith i called to see psychiatrist dr gordon davies late 2021 and was told i couldnt see him till feb 2022 but was put on a cancellation list for an earlier call up perhaps. After calling this office and given the drs reception number in woollongong to see when my appointment was it got all too confusing they had no record.

Finding it frustrating to just begin to have rapport with a GP and he/she leaves for greener pastures. Need consistency for ongoing patient care. Would like to discuss this with management.
