Today was my first visit and I was impressed. Each of the reception team was attentative and very helpful, the doctor gave me quality time, the nurse in the treatment room was extremely caring and the young woman in pathology was very good! Overall good experience. Thank you to you all.

I've been coming to Mittagong Health Care Centre for about 2 years now. For the last year I've had a chronic condition that requires ongoing care. The reception staff are aways polite and friendly and Dr Khan is very supportive and professional. My only issue is that sometimes there is a long wait, but that's expected when they are one of the very few GPs in the area with 100% bulk billing. Although I work, I couldn't have coped financially without bulk billing with the number of appointments I've needed.

I really like this medical centre. I've had no issues with any of the doctors, they all seem caring and very competent. I love that they bulk bill! Receptionists have always been friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd fault is sometimes there's up to an hours wait, but I've waited far longer than that at medical centres where I've been paying $50 for a booked appointment! So in retrospect that's really not so bad. Lol.

Writing on behalf of a friend. I accompanied her three times here and every time we waited a minimum 1 1/2 hours + with an appointment booked. Understand that drs need to take the time with their patients but don’t listen to claims that the average wait time is 20 mins. Nowhere even close.

I have been to this centre quite a few times and usually it’s been okay… but I recently went in and found the doctor condescending; like I was already meant to know certain things. I’m not a doctor, I don’t know that information, so I go to get help, then am made to feel stupid for not knowing what they do, when it’s their job.
If people are made to feel less than they are going to be less inclined to go to the doctors when they need to.

It felt like a judgmental highschooler, “that’s not the same thing…so……yeah”.
I don’t get what’s so hard about being polite to people who are in need. I’m really not a rude person, I’m always super kind to staff, but this left me quite upset and angry.

If I could give them 0 or minus stars, I would. Appointment was booked and I saw the doctor an hour and a half after that time. This is not the first time this has happened. I've seen multiple doctors here and so many of them are incompetent, arrogant and seem to lack basic medical knowledge. The doctor today had big issues taking my blood pressure (never been an issue for me before) and when she "listened to my chest", I offered to take my coat off. She said not necessary. The stethoscope didn't even touch me when she "listened to my breathing" and deemed it's more likely I have asthma and not a chest infection and ordered blood tests etc. Beyond a waste of time and she's pretty consistent with what I have come to expect at this clinic.

Dr S. Jehanzeb is giving my whole family wrong information. Yesterday I went in with my gf and she had the flu. My brother, mother and myself all caught it all have the exact same symptoms and apparently we all have a different sickness. There's 0 chance that I have tonsillitis I've had it before. It makes it hard to eat not breathe, have hot and cold flushes a bad cough, chest pain, throat pain, whiter then Casper himself and vomiting. Hope she doesn't stay because other then her I've had a fine time. Not the best but yeah

Reception is lovely, so are some of the doctors, however I was waiting for 1+hr
Just to see someone only be sent away with hardly any help and no new information. i made a second attempt at seeing any other doctor for advice since i had gotten nowhere (which I waited another 45 minutes for)… and all the effort was made not to be listened to, but to be told “go see your usual GP” even though I don’t have a “usual” GP and is part of the exact the reason I was there.

I Arrived confused, left even more confused, and got nowhere.
