The dentists/hygienists themselves are lovely and provide a great service. And if you're an HCF member, there's no gap. But despite all of this, it's still not worth it.

As other reviews have pointed out, you need to book 6+ months in advance, and then you run the risk of your appointment being cancelled at short notice. One time, I tried to book 6 months in advance and they just shrugged and told me there was no staff, so couldn't book anything at all.

Nice dentist and concierge. If you're ok with going at a weird time like 2:30pm on a Tuesday, it's good. I only waited 4 days for my appointment from my phone call.

I've been a patient of HCF Dental Centre Belconnen since 2020. As a HCF member, I appreciate the no-gap service. The quality of care has been excellent. But it feels like every single appointment gets cancelled by the provider because of staff shortages. This week they cancelled my appointment, told me there was no opportunity to reschedule, and I ought to seek another provider! Needless to say, I'm looking for a new dentist.

Rang to book an appointment at HCF dental Belconnen, first availability was in 6 months time. I took the appointment, waited for 6 months and then one week before my appointment, I receive a text message cancelling my appointment, not even the courtesy of being rung and told in person. I ring up to check if this really is the case and if I can rebook. I am unable to rebook as they don't know when they will have availability. What a waste of time and zero customer service. Doesn't even deserve one star

Use to be a great place to visit for regular check ups and dental work. But now be aware you book months in advance out of state put day off to visit after confirmed and get a call appointment day morning to cancel booking due to short staff won’t recommend. Look elsewhere.

Just had my check up and clean today.
Absolutely terrific, the receptionist and dental assistant were nice and Dr Megan Pham did an amazing job, very helpful and informative. Very happy with their service Definitely Recommend!

I have had good experiences here and it’s convenient that it’s directly linked to my HCF health insurance.

The downside is the wait times for appointments.

10 mins on hold listening to endless adds about themselves they couldn't mention their books are closed to new clients. I could have hung up instead of wasting 10 minutes on hold.
