Today I was served by Grace ( florey collection centre), First time seeing her and she was lovely. Great customer service. I was astonished when she didn’t poke me twenty times to get the right vein. She was just amazing. I’ve been to other centres which I’m not complaining about, but Frace service was superb. Well done Grace and thank you for your service.

She is so lovely, kind and helpful, as well as patient, and she kept me calm at all times.
I live far away and often go to ACT Pathology for blood tests, but due to the incredible experience, I recommend this place, and if I need more blood tests, I will be come back ( ◠‿◠ )

I went here after the Capital Pathology in Hawker was full.

The good: The individual who drew my blood was very friendly, polite and respectful. There was a quick turn around and despite having a 8+hour fast requirement the individual was very good at spotting a viable vein.

The bad: I do not remember blood tests being that painful. At times it felt like the needle was being constantly pushed down into my veins despite it already being in. The needle would dig down deeper every time the vial was changed. I ended up having a bruise around the injection site and nerve/muscle pain. It's been almost a week and I can't use my right arm to make the bed, etc.
