It was my first time at this center. Overall, my experience was good for doing the scan procedure at this center. However, I would like to mention some points to improve the quality of services.

Way finding is perfect inside the building. However, I had a challenge for finding the centre on the street. The centre can be shown more clearly than a small sign on a column.

The locker of the bathroom didn't work appropriately, and I was not sure if it was locked when I used the bathroom.

Had an MRI and needed sedation due to claustrophobia. I was so well looked after and the staff were amazing from Reception to the Dr, Radiologist, and Nurse. Highly recommend this location. Thank you

I've been here twice now, and both experiences were more than decent. Friendly staff at the front desk, a large waiting area, and appointments on time. The lady doing the ultrasounds was friendly and answered questions; didn't seem to be in a rush. I wish they took private health insurance, but generally this is not a bad experience.

Very bad service. Asked me to come all the way to bruce from tuggeranong which takes around 25 minutes and when i reach there, They are like sorry we can't fit you in. Bunch of unprofessional and racism.
Never ever going back there.

This was supposed to be a biopsy appointment for my partner. She was told to wait 45 minutes to speak to a very RUDE FEMALE sonographer who didn't know what she was doing. She was asked to produce print outs in the digital age where all past reports are emailed. It took 40 minutes of chaos to complete just the ultrasound. After this she was told the biopsy couldn't be done due to less time (the appointment was also for the biopsy), then she was told according to doctor at the imaging centre she didn't need biopsy at all. We came to you to get the biopsy in the first place. Then my partner was told that it will finally happen on Monday. Very poor service considering my partner was in tears when she left due to anxiety and being pushed around. Please don't waste people's time and emotions.

I've had a few procedures there in the last month or so, and absolutely nothing negative to report. Front desk staff and technical staff are great. And to receive a refund cheque after being unknowingly overcharged slightly on something! Great stuff!

Good place, bit crowned in morning time, but appointments are on time.
Staff are very kind and professional.
Lot of parking available on site. Easy to find and convenient place.
Nice coffee shop is available in the lobby, little company cafee.

I've had many procedures done at Calvary and from reception to the clinical team have never had a bad experience
