Theres been some really good staff here over the years but the Indian lady manager there is so cold and heartless, couldn't care when my lost my child and breached me the next day after I went to my appointment and explained my circumstances. I've watched her tell people they have to do certain activities and threaten to breach them when they are crying and suicidal. She honestly should not work with anyone who's suffering from hard times or mental illness.

Like I said, some staff are great but she's evil. Look at another job network, this isn't worth the stress

Poor service. Scheduled for an appointment at 2pm, only to sit andwait 45 minutes to be spoken to, in what ended up being a 3 minute conversation that can easily be done over the phone. Treats unemployed people like statistics instead of actual people, and barely listen to the clients needs or circumstances. Utter waste of time.

It'sthe worst and irresponsible requirement agency wich exists on all over the Australia.
I applied about over a year. From that time till now they want to find a job for me.
I became desalinated and ask the to pass me the user name and password of max contact. Over a year they are going to pass me that. During one year every week I have ask for job or my account details from the Belconnen staff severaltimes hhad a face to face chat manager also called in Brisbane manager har name was Enit. Sent emails call but always same answer that they understand my frustration and they will sort it out tomorrow,next week and so on.
They are totally irresponsible that receive mony from our tax and do nothing for people. Decriminalisation in this company is understandable if you want to waist your time and play eith you max employment is highly recommended.
