I visited Belconnen Medical Centre for a routine checkup and had a great experience. The receptionist was extremely helpful, asked all the right questions, and guided me on how I could claim reimbursement through my personal mediclaim. Dr. Aparna Pilla was kind, knowledgeable, and addressed all our queries with care. I would happily rate her 5 stars!

Absolute sham of a practice. Booked on its website for an appointment. Travel all the way to practice and its completely shut. Why do they offer fake phantom hours on their website? Possibly a medicare rebate scam operation Begs the question if they operate fake sham hours what else is fake and a sham? Perhaps the credentials of its supposed doctors?

EDIT: the practice’s response tries to suggest a case of mistaken identity. This is false. Proof of confirmed booking from hotdoc (the booking system used by this sham practice) now attached as a photo.

I highly recommend this Clinic and Dr Sobia! I have visited her multiple times for myself, my wife, and my son, and each experience has been excellent. Her diagnostic abilities are outstanding—She has exceptional diagnostic skills and a keen eye for identifying medical issues accurately. In my case, she was able to pinpoint a condition that had previously gone undiagnosed, ensuring I received the right treatment.

The reception staff at the clinic are also wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. The overall experience at the clinic is smooth and professional. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor, Dr. Sobia is definitely the one to see!

I would highly recommend Dr Mubashir. He has been a very humble and a professional GP and an excellent paediatrician. He has very rightly diagnosed issues with my kids that many other GPs weren't able to make out.

I had a simple 9:30 am appointment to go over my blood results, when I arrived at the reception to be simply told that there was no appointment. I then showed the appointment that had been booked in the hotdoc app for them to tell me the appointment had been cancelled. When I asked if they could rebook me the only time slot available was 10:50am. Which meant i had to spend most of morning wandering around doing nothing. I then received my appointment to be shocked that I had been booked under a different doctor and not Dr. Sharif who had been my original doctor. I then had to call again to request my appointment be cancelled and then changed to my original doctor. Because I'm a university student that needed to go to class I requested a telehealth appointment at 12:30 which would mean my class was not affected. I waited until 1pm before I needed to go to class with no call. Only to receive a call in the middle of my class, I initially missed the first attempts when I realised and tried to call back I was sent back to reception only to be told the Dr. Would call me back. Keep in mind this all had taken place within 5 mins of me trying to get in touch with Dr. To simply get my blood results back. I only finally managed to get in touch with the Dr. at 1:36 a whole hour later than the original scheduled time. What's the point having a booking and scheduling system if you don't follow it. The call lasted about 5 mins, and I was supposed to receive a copy of my results right after the appointment. After waiting 30 mins after my appointment with no email (I checked junk and spam) I decided to call again and get my results. Only then I was sent a copy. And to by charged $81 for a 5 minute call when it could have been bulked billed when I had originally came in at 9:30 am is absurd, especially being a concession card holder. There's no reason for me to be going back and forth calling. I will not be returning.

I have been to belconnen medical centre so many times, my female Dr. is never on time. Never Ever. You have to wait atleast half an hour or more for your turn.
I don't know why.

Had a terrible experience with a male Dr regarding pain medication. I felt judged and bullied. So glad I left. They even blacklisted MY SON. BEWARE you very rarely will get bulk billed.

The least helpful doctors practice I have experienced. Runs exceptionally late and treats patients as if you are an inconvenience. Stay away.
