The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience super stress free. Dr. Helen is amazing. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. The practice is clean and well-organised, and I never have to wait long for my appointments. PGK is the best medical centre i have ever visited. Dr Helen is the sweetest & most caring GP who always makes you feel valued. Could not recommend her enough! The whole team at PGK is so professional & brilliant at what they do. Ronica, their psychologist, is absolutely fantastic and I’ve loved being patients of both Dr Helen and Ronica over the years.

I have booked a nurse appointment for my Crohn's injection with Rachael Hinchcliffe which needs to administered within 20mins. I was running 10mins late as I was coming from Norwest. Just to inform the medical centre, I have called them. They were asking If I cannot come on time, I need to wait for an hour. It is a matter of 5mins to inject the medicine, however the nurse declined to do that. I then had to cancel the appointment. This is so unprofessional. I have booked for the first time with this practice and had a really bad experience. Not recommending this practice at all.

Very thorough and friendly practice. Dr. Helen Keteku is a doctor that cares extensively for her patients and offers the best outcomes for her patients. I followed her from another practice and so happy that I did. She tackled difficult health issues that I had where other doctors just gave me a script and sent me on my way.
