I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Podiatry Professionals.

My first set of insoles were completely wrong for my feet, and unfortunately, the second pair wasn’t any better. I went back to have some pads added, but they fell off the very next day – hardly the level of care or quality you’d expect.

What really finished it for me, though, was receiving a phone call from the receptionist laughing at me about a small container of cream that was handed to me during a session. There was no mention of a charge at the time, but later I received a call demanding $30 for it.

Overall, I feel really let down by the service and communication here. I expected a much more professional and respectful experience

I am so grateful to Claire Game at Podiatry Professionals for her support with my planta fasciitis. After trying a couple of podiatrists at different clinics I hadn't noticed any improvement and I was ready to give up. However I left my first appointment with Claire confident in the plan she developed and hopeful it was something I could beat. After a handful of appointments over a few months I am back running and couldn't be happier!

Quality all around from this practice. Professional as the name suggests. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Practitioners were personable and professional.
