Had a procedure a moment ago , thank you and kudos to all staff for making it easy and with lots of care , kindness , assurance . Special mention to Herman who attended to me when I came in and gave me all the information. Also , Sharu who attended to me after the procedure . I had an operation here last week and I have never experienced such kindness and sincerity within the healthcare system. Every single doctor, anaethetist, nurse and surgeon that spoke to me was so well spoken and approachable.

It sounds so trivial but I lost count of how many people tucked the blanket over my feet during my recovery. Something so small is really going the extra mile and it didn't go un noticed with me.

It was refreshing to see people who obviously valued their jobs and who were passionate about their work. So often you see people who aren't really destined to be doing what they are but the team who dealt with me could not have been more suited to their positions. was very nervous about my surgery, I think it was more the unknown, but everyone did their utmost to give me the confidence and knowledge to relax.

The place was perfectly clean and I couldn't think of one single complaint even if I tried. Thanks again!

Doctors are great and nurses were nice however the admin staff were horrible, they asked me 5 different times for the same piece of information, they didnt call back when they said they would and i emailed them twice asking questions about my surgery and no reply. Was not told by anyone how to prepare for surgery (i.e. what to wear and not wear). Not great.

The service from the hospital was preposterous, some of the staff were rude and annoying, they don’t give any information about my procedures before hand, today was my third attempt, the last two times I came here, I was ignored and been sitting for hours. They had called me 15 hours before my operation, they said I had to be there at 7:15 am, I asked why you haven’t I been notified 24 hours before and they have told me they just found out at that moment. I said I had to drop my kids at school, I asked if we could re-schedule to 8:15 am which I can drop my kids,The receptionist on the phone threatened me saying if I don’t attend at 7:15 am we will cancel your procedure, I told her last two times I came I waited for hours for no reason, now you have asked me to come at 7:15, will my appointment start at 7:15 and will I have to sit for hours again, the receptionist said yes the procedure will start at 7:15 you won’t sit for hours I arrived to the hospital at 7 am and after I have filled out the paperwork, I have been sitting and ignored again, this is the worst hospital I have been to, I got upset and left the hospital. People should be aware of this hospital, public hospital is much better, better service and better staff.

The hospital was immensely clean and the staff are super friendly. I was really nervous about the operation i was going to have but they made me feel really comfortable. I was looked after well pre and post surgery.

I had my surgery here today and I was absolutely blown away by the staff. Very caring, reassuring, attentive and friendly and I felt 100% safe. Will be going here again if I ever need surgery!
