I was the only customer in the store with 5 staff members. It took 25 minutes to fill my prescription then another 5 minutes for one of them to bother to take my payment at the register.

We've lived two streets away for 30 years but haven't been in this Pharmacy for at least 5 years. The Pharmacist is indifferent, unhelpful and rude. Why go Why go there, when there's a very helpful, professional and friendly Pharmacy at the other end of Kaleen? If only they cpuld buy this lot out. If I they run out of anything we need, I drive to Belco or O'Connor.

On one occassion, a bottle of liquid antibiotic, fell out of my hands & shattered on the floor, right under Toms nose. He didn't react at all. He didn't offer to verify with the Doctor that this had happened , so I could get a replacement script. I cleaned up the mess with tissues I had in my bag. Over the many years we went there with the current pharmacist, he couldn't remember our names & asked whether we'd been there before, everytime he processed our scripts. I don't know how this Pharmacy is still in Business with Tom there. There was an even ruder Pharmacist at one point, who made my son with high functioning autism, wait outside with him, until I came back, before filling his script. We went to this Pharmacy when it was Soul Pattinson. If I see a new pharmacist, I might go back

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Terrible care when one is feeling really sick. I rang 3 times and was told different advice at different points, including that delivery is now by 3pm so I was going to have to wait. Called the next day to place my order and received once again terrible customer service. When I went to place my order the pharmacist argued with me. A complete lack of care, and empathy when one is unwell. We ALL fall sick. This pharmacy shouldn’t be in business.

Please get rid of pharmacist Tom. I needed emergency medication and he refused to help me out even though it was within his power to do so. The fact he had no empathy and did not care at all made it much more annoying.

Rude and unhelpful staff, overpriced and lack compassion - I live locally and have attended this store several times, and have almost always received the same unhelpful attitude, particularly by the pharmacists. Two days in a row I attempted to have a copy of a document certified and was told to come back as they were not doing it or didn't have time that day. I would recommend Kaleen Discount Drug Store instead - they are absolutely lovely, knowledgable and helpful.

Terrible service, wont help out for basic things or requests, as part of their services they are meant to offer document signing and witnessing, but every time you go into to do this you get told that the pharmacist is busy or can't do it at this time. This pharmacy is lucky it doesn't have any direct competition within 5 minutes.

Go anywhere else if you can!!

This is a review based on 11 months of experience. This pharmacy is frequently disorganised. Evidence: hard to find staff to fill prescription or pay for goods, staff at prescription end frequently unaware of lack of staff at till (which is only about 16 feet away). They also are frequently unaware of lack of stock - "we don't have penicillin and we don't know when it'll be back" (after having taken my prescription and made me wait 15 minutes and waste my time). It is also often overpriced (baby formula, dymadon, difflam, etc is usually around 15% more expensive than it would be at a Chemist Warehouse or a Terry White). They are usually out of stock of Novalac Allergy and Dymadon - when other competitors have plenty available. I'm surprised they're still in business, but they've lost mine. I'd rather drive across town, sick as a dog, than give this $hithole my custom ever again.
