Riccardo is a true body whisperer, and I am beyond grateful I could cry! After struggling with walking for years and recently relying on a walking stick, I visited Riccardo on my daughter’s recommendation. I had seen a podiatrist and a physio with little improvement, so I was apprehensive.

From the moment I stepped into his clinic, Riccardo truly listened. He took a slow, methodical approach, assessing everything from my arch mobility and ankle rotation to my heel and pelvis tilt. By the end of the session, I was shocked. I had control over my movement again and was in significantly less pain. More importantly, I finally understood what was causing the problem and how to manage it myself.

I presented with a lumber disc herniation/s. Having tried physio, hydrotherapy and prescribed pain medication I gave Body Lab a go on the back of a recommendation.
