I visited yesterday your clinic with my sister Danica for her appointment with Dr. Sonia.

The reason I’m writing today is I would like to express my positive experience at the clinic and extremely good feeling while with Dr.Sonia.

She was so professional in her role but also, she was such a nice person to talk to.

She took time to listen to my sister issues but also, I felt that she didn’t mind to partly listen to me as person and my small issues.

Very rare to come across Dr. as such.

Truly wish we have more people around us with such a positive approach and willing to listen and help.

I wish you all the best and keep on providing good care for your clients.

Can you please pass this to Dr. Sonia. I wish God look after her in her life to keep on taking care of those in need .

Well done and keep on doing your best!

Excellent care from Dr Sonia Hossain. She listens and shows empathy , but is also very upfront about things that it is important to know. I have seen her several times for different issues. She cared for me wonderfully during a surgery. I had no pain afterwards despite it being quite invasive. And straight after I was able to get pregnant with IUI thanks to Dr Hossain.

It’s a busy practice and sometimes hard to get a prompt appointment. But the care is amazing.

To anyone reading the reviews who is nervous about using this practice, let me assuage your concerns. Our experience was excellent. The team at the front desk were caring, engaging and easy to work with.
Dr Tam is a quiet professional in all our dealings with him and made us feel at ease and comfortable.
We would gladly revisit and recommend Dr Tam for your pregnancy journey.

I do not recommend Dr Drew Marshall. I had a very bad experience with him which led to a bad birth outcome. He said all the right things during my appointments with him but when it came time for the birth of my first baby, he failed in his duty of care and really let me down by failing to provide proper administrative process. He was not sensitive to my needs, and was overly rough and failed to take into account my chronic pain condition which led to agonising treatment by him. And when I complained about it to the practice I’ve been essentially ignored. Which is a shame because I paid him so much money ($3300 out of pocket) to take care of me. Save your money and go elsewhere. I do not recommend him or the practice. If I could give no stars I would.

I went to this clinic for an IUD insertion a few weeks ago. The treatment I got was a confronting reminder of the inequality and lack of empathy for women in the medical system. I initially went in for advice for my endometriosis and the impression I got from this first appointment left me feeling confident that I was under great care. However, the Doctor recommended that I get an IUD and arranged the next appointment for the insertion to take place. The advice and information given for the insertion was not thorough or informative which gave me the impression that this was a simple and painless procedure. I was wrong. The procedure left me in extreme pain and has left me feeling psychologically damaged to this day. The distrust I feel in the medical system has come from the lack of empathy and respect I experienced at this clinic. During the procedure, the only form of anaesthesia given to me was a numbing spray which did absolutely nothing to help with the pain, I was also not informed on any preparation I should take for this procedure so I did not take any pain killers before the insertion. As the procedure took place the discomfort gave me a panic attack which worsened as the Doctor probed at my cervix (reminder with no anaesthesia provided) and attempted to test if my cervix could handle a rod being pushed through it (it could not). The form of consent given during the procedure was simply if I say no she will stop, yet, due to my panicked state I was frozen and was unable to say that I wanted to procedure to stop nor was I able to provide a confident yes, so it continued. This practice not only needs to reevaluate their ethics of patient centred care (especially around empathy for their patients), they also need to reevaluate their terms of consent for their patients. After I left the doctors office I was clearly distressed and had an awful experience, and with no IUD inserted into me I was still charged over $100 for this service. I paid simply because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, I was in no state to argue. I am not a confrontational person, but I write this review as a form of safety to other women considering help at this clinic.

Very Positive Experience:
Professor Julie Quinlivan took the time to listen to my issues in a calm and patient way, which made me feel heard.
I appreciated how she took the time to explain things to me in detail, answered all my questions and suggested a course of action that I was happy with.
She described the procedure she was going to do and when doing it continually explained what she was about to do next which made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I would highly recommend Professor Julie Quinlivan given her professional knowledge as well as her caring nature.
Also a big thank you to the wonderful team at the front desk Debbie, Vicki and Addie along with the Practice Manager Fumiko - you are all so helpful, easy to talk to, caring and thoughtful.

I didn't have any issues seeing a doctor at this clinic. Receptionists are kind and they genuinely tried to help me. They also answer the phone quickly, and I never had to wait for more than 3 minutes unlike calling some GPs. Sometimes doctor was running late but I was informed about it when I arrived. My doctor listened to my medical concerns and he explained the course of plan for treatment.

Dr Sonia Hussein is a really professional and skilled doctor and surgeon. She takes the time to listen and is thorough in her explanations. I had laparoscopy surgery with her and my recover was so easy due to her care.
