Sometimes it can be really busy here. I was lucky enough to have my visit with no one I'm the waiting area. The blonde tall staff member was nice and friendly. I wish that more scans were still bulk billed as I pay my Medicare levy in the cost of living is high enough. I gave only 3 star as Sometimes it can be very hard to get through on the phone and a line to wait at even at quiet times..

Made an appointment 7/Aug at 11:10, arrived at 10.45. One of the female receptionists wearing the glasses told me she is unsure who made the booking for me and she has no idea what exactly ultrasound I need to do and asked me to wait until the senior staff came. I’ve been told to hold the urine before arrival due to ultrasound previous instruction told. And I was sitting there for 30-40mins.

And I was really uncomfortable during the waiting time and no one gave any information and care at that time.

Thankfully I did the ultrasound with a lovely senior “old” lady. She was really professional and kind enough to explain everything to me. She was the best highlight of my day.

After that, my husband went to the reception to pay. But that receptionist looked like nothing busy with but ignoring my husband paying the bill. A few minutes later, she served us and told my husband one of our staff messed up your appointment and you don’t need to worry about the bills and let us go with no further explanation.

We were confused but left anyway until I received a call from Lumus Imaging to ask me to pay the outstanding fee today.

Of course I will pay, but they asked me to go back there and pay tomorrow. Firstly, I want to say that it is ridiculous to ask a Client to go back and pay, they didn’t think about how far the Client lives and waste time on the road. Secondly, everyone needs to work and have their own schedule, please think of a way of talking to the client. I reckon most people won't be happy about ‘can you come and pay the bill tomorrow’. Thirdly, your staff messed up my appointment and didn’t let me pay the bill, why should I need to return it? Should you send me a bill via post instead of going back to pay?

I was really unhappy about the experience yesterday. This is my first time and will be the last time. Will never come back. Would choose Qscan or other instead.

Lastly, I hope the owner can train your staff more professionally and the way of talking to Clients.
