I went in for a pretty simple ingrown toenail removal. I was nervous about the needles and what the process is, Charlie was amazing and reassuring that it will be fine and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I highly recommend going there. 6 weeks later I am pain free in my toe after 2 years. Very pleased and will happily recommend him to anyone.

From the first appointment I knew we had made the right choice of podiatrist - Charlie is fantastic. Our son has had awesome results - he used to have knee pain and an abnormal gait - now is pain free and walking so much better thanks to Charlie's skill with orthotics.
I would highly recommend Charlie, he's not only professional and knowledgeable, but also a lovely guy.

I was looking for a Podiatrist after the one I had been seeing for over 30 years retired. After searching on Google, I hit the jackpot when I found Charlie at Your Happy Feet, Kippax.
Charlie is very knowledgeable and has a cheerful, warm and friendly personality - it's easy to see why he is so good at his job.
Charlie gave me great advice on shoes, and has ordered some new ones for me that are more suitable for my needs.
I would recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a great Podiatrist who knows what he's doing, doesn't overcharge, is honest, and so easy to talk to.

I have recently had cause to visit the guys at their new clinic in Holt. I can honestly say that both Charlie and Ben have been great. Not only do they make you feel at ease, but their knowledge and professionalism certainly goes a long way. Oh, and yes, they do make your feet feel better too!!

I have seen Illias Gore at Kippax for repairs on my orthotics.
I could have not been more impressed by the service I received. Illias was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave me simple analysis and made a very valuable change to my orthotics which has reduced toe pain.
I visited the clinic to pick up my orthotics and was charged to for the recovering. I didnt agree with the charge and was very pleased management saw my side and promptly and politely responded and provided a refund.
I would highly reccomend Illy and the Kippax Walking Clinic for your foot care.

I am on my feet quite a bit with my job and was really looking for comfortable, affordable quality shoes that looked stylish. Not only does this wonderful place have these, they have amazing, professional, caring people that ensure they fit. I came across Your Happy Feet by sheer luck as I struggled to walk around the Kippax shopping precinct. Charlie cleaned and trimmed my nails and attended to a number of calluses, blood blister and bruised nails, resulting from gardening in sandals. I highly recommend Charlie as a true professional who is not afraid to offer frank advice, eg the need to wear sturdy, closed-in shoes when doing physical work especially where dirt is an essential element.
