Saw Dr Khan today he is so good. I totally recommend him. I recently moved to the area and I am so happy to have found such a good doctor. Thank you.

Booked in for 10.45am. got there early only 2 other people and waited over 1 hr.I had to leave to go to work and cancel my appointment. Not happy. Will have too book in somewhere else.Most probably won't go to this doctor again.Very dissatisfied.0 stars if I had that option.

1st time going was worried after reading some reviews, however called at 9.30 in morning was given appointment for 10.ooam same day pleasantly surprised ,staff were polite and helpful .saw Dr z.khan
He was very thorough helpful and professional ,was seen at 10.00 on the dot would highly recommend on my experience

I am very disappointed in this medical centre, its now TWICE that my partner and I have had a bad experience here. We have not long moved to the area and were looking to be acquainted with a new doctor.
But instead we're given very poor service.
My partner today had a phone consult at 10.30am, as nice people that we are waited and waited an waited for the call and at 1.30 decided to give a courtesy call to find out what was going on, only to be told they don't know. And than at 4.50pm we phoned back AGAIN! To be put through to the doctor and as it was 5pm their home time, she had absolutely NO time for my partner. He needed a doctors certificate for an ongoing problem, "which they would have that on file mind you". And needed one extra thing but she hung up on him mid conversation! I am absolutely saddened with this medical centre. Will not be going back.

Appalled by the lack of compassion and lack of respect for the intelligence and autonomy of consumers as partners in their own healthcare that we were faced with from Dr Hassan at Clarence Town Medical Centre this week. Disgraceful attitude and suboptimal "care".

I'm very upset how I have been getting treated at this medical centre. My past few appointments haven't been on time at all. Very disappointing! Shows how much this medical centre cares about people's health conditions. It doesn't take over two hours for a phone appointment.

Something needs to be done about this as it's getting ridiculous and worse each time.

Excellent Service. My Husband Sees Dr Hassan and absolutely Praise him, whereas I have seen Dr May and she is absolutely a gem.
Highly Recommended.
