Despite an initial consultation and pathology testing for an STI, I was surprised to be charged an additional consultation fee for a simple antibiotic prescription. This felt unnecessary and financially motivated, especially as a member of the LGBTIQ+ community seeking inclusive care. If you're looking for a healthcare provider who prioritizes patient well-being, I’d strongly consider going elsewhere.

Yesterday I was patient Dr. Azadeh Khatibi and it was my last visit in this place.

During my appointment, a significant portion of the time was spent updating my details in the system, is important but seems to have extended the consultation unnecessarily. Reception made some mistakes in my details and doctor spend extra time to fix it. In the end doctor charged me $160 dollars for long consultation.

I also experienced a significant delay, which disrupted my schedule and caused considerable inconvenience.

I believe this should not be reflected in the consultation fee, as it was not a traditional medical service provided.

Saw Doctor Khi. I read her online profile and they matched my requirements.
5 mins in to the consultation I felt like i was being rushed out. I got the impression she didn't need to hear all my concerns she already knew the answer.. , it was like the consultation was complete. I had a few concerns and she gave quick solutions with out explination of the recommendion. I was so dumbfounded because of the feeling of being rushed out i did not feel like i was able ask any questions. Cant speak for the other doctors but that was a terrible experience.
