I have been a patient at this clinic for over 6 years and I can say by far that Doctor Gregory Batty is the best doctor I ever had. He is educated, very empathetic, he listens to my concerns every single time I have to talk to him. He doesn’t rush your appointment, he will listen and talk to you until you have no more questions or concerns.

Recently I was booked for an appointment with Dr. Greg Batty who I have been a patient of since the early 1990s. He took a break for a number of years and then took up practice again a few years ago at the Sydney CBD Medical Centre so I reconnected with him.
I've always found Dr Batty to be a wonderful, informative doctor who listened to me, asks questions and was comfortable being asked questions in return.

One of the receptionists (who when dealing with them I’ve always found to be polite and helpful) rang me a few days before my next appointment to say that Dr. Batty has retired and that Dr. Wai would be seeing his patients. I asked her if Dr. Wai would bulkbill me like Dr. Batty did, she informed me she would ask & get back to me, which she did saying he agreed to bulkbill for our appointment.

To be honest, I was somewhat dubious about the appointment as I had read many negative reviews regarding Dr Wai, however, I was prepared to go and find out for myself what he was really like.

And I have to say, I found him pleasant and unlike his negative reviews. We had a decent, informative conversation, during which I asked if he would continue to bulkbill me if he took me on as a patient, to which he replied he would do so, thankfully saving me from a search to find a doctor who would.

My interaction with Dr. Wai was a positive one the opposite to the negative reviews.

Dr Yang Zhang's service is quite bad. Last week I had an appointment with her and I felt that she was not very service oriented. I wanted to check my breasts, so I wanted to see a female doctor. She asked me some of my history, some of which I did not understand because I understand English a little bit. After I could not answer her questions many times, she looked annoyed and did not try to explain or ask any more questions, and just told me not to worry. Then she sat quietly and let me leave the examination room, which is different from other doctors who, if the patient does not understand, will use Google Translate to help. After a few days, I had to come back to see her again to listen to the scan results. She told me the results and I did not understand her, so I asked her to use Google Translate to explain to me please. She replied that I should read the results from the paper, which some questions I wanted to know it did not have answers on the paper. However, she still looked annoyed with me. So I did not want to talk to her anymore and I think I will have to pay again to see another doctor. I am very dissatisfied with this doctor

Dr Maji is a caring doctor who explains things directly and emphasises the importance of nutrition and exercise, which I appreciate. He listens to concerns and also has a sense of humour. Great GP in a good location. The reception staff are always efficient and friendly too.

Best practice for sure. The doctors are amazing at what they do. The nurses are kind. They also have phone appointments and escript which convenient .. Dr Maji, fantastic job especially with mental health issues. Dr Greg very attentive and kind. Dr yan lovely as well.

Not a good experience. Doctor came vary late and did not allow enough time for the appointment as many patients were waiting. After this, I was informed that the doctor's fee was $150 for less than 10 mins. Very dissatisfied with the service.

One Doctor that stands out. Dr GREG BATTY! He is always nice and informative and he knows what he is doing that is the most important! He listens and shows that he cares for his patients. I do not want to get sick, but if I do, he is the doctor to go to! Thanks Dr Batty!
