The team at medical air service provided a very transparent, professional and competent service. I appreciated the constant communications with transparency related to the challenges in arranging the flights and in my situation, the related 3rd party costs and how to minimise them. The team who escorted my father-in-law where simply excellent and handled a difficult journey of over 30 hours outstandingly.

I'm not quite sure how to write this review, because what this organization gave to my family exceeds any possible rating scale. This organization saved my mother's life. Without divulging too many details about the diagnosis, it was so severe we didn't have a whole lot of options. In fact, there was a moment I believed we had none; no options or possibilities to get my mom home. We found this company after reading a very well written blog post on their site, and I just can't really put into words how glad I am that we did. They organized and executed a global medical evacuation, one of the most complex and dynamic missions you can do, and they did it with the highest level of professionalism you could possibly expect.

If you have a loved one in a bad spot that needs transport home, reach out to these people. This is a world class aviation and medical team.

Medical Air Service is exemplary and sets the highest international standards. The bed-to-bed service, including organizing the logistics for the flight, daily preparatory telephone calls, airline assistance at terminals and ground transportation as well as providing a highly qualified and empathetic paramedic. I have worked in over 60 countries internationally and can credibly rate them with at least five stars - but they deserve hundreds of stars for their dedication, understanding and continuous attention.

Our father is 86 years old and needs medical escort with stretchers on commercial flights from Viet Nam to United State of America, which are not easy to find. After several research, we fortunately found Medical Air Service (Worldwide). Even though we did research and read many reviews, we were very skeptical at first about the company. However, we're surely glad that we decided to contact Medical Air Service.
Aside from some delay in flights (changed in schedule due to commercial flights not available), Medical Air Service provided safe transport and successful stretcher services with medical escorts on commercial flights. Everyone from Medical Air Service works diligently and professionally especially Tyler H..Tyler went above and beyond his job to help us.
Tyler answered our questions, provided us with up-to-date communication/updates to ease our worries. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, after our father is home, he still communicates with us and checks on our father. The diligent work that the Medical Air Service teams did for us, especially Tyler, is superior!

I was fortunate enough to be a costumer/patient of Medical Air Service. On January 1st, I broke my leg in Jamaica. After finding out that I would need surgey back in the states, it was imperative that I get back to the states as quick as possible.

The 2 medical professionals that helped on my flight were George and Cameron. George walked into my hosptial room with smile on his face and ready to make me feel comfortable and safe. He did just that. He was wonderful every step of the way. Cameron took the lead on giving me medication and monitoring me. He was phenominal at handling paperwork from the Jamaican hospital and communicating with the hospital back in the states leaving me and my family feeling comfortable and taken care of. The 2 pilots were wonderful, and flew the plane with such grace.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you are in need of a medical air service, trust me... book it and get the services you need.
