Sadly, since moving to a privately billed practice I have not had the best experiences. Recently I needed to attend to have a third vaccine in a series of three. I was not notified that my regular GP was not in on the day and was forced to pay a consult fee for the other GP. Previously I had been charged a consult fee plus the vaccine fee, but was fine to pay the consult fee as I needed to be seen for a different issue; however, being charged the consult fee for the third vaccine, in a series, where the other GP didn’t even look at me was a bit too much. As the nurse administers the vaccine there was absolutely no reason for me to have paid a consult fee.

I’ve been trying to claim back blood tests and further health tests from insurance. As I moved abroad I am only able to communicate via email. They resuse to send me the documents as I need to consult a doctor. This seems very unprofessional. Trying to get my money back now for a month and first they replied saying I need to book an appointment. Now as I left the country no one is answering my emails. Very sad. I paid over 500AUD.
Also I came in several times and the doctor advised me to take those tests. Went back to Germany and the doctor thought making those test was quite unnecessary. He gave me a prescription right away.

Dr Hossain is my go to doctor and has been seeing her for months now. Very detailed in explaining, professional and caring. Reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Do not come here as the place only cares about their profit. The moment you walk in, they did not ask any detail information and ask for the payment directly. They do not even try to investigate what happen the patients. The reception (the asian girl) was Extremely rude.
The GPs capitalize on the insurance to the maximum they can. Even if you just get a blood test or vaccine (covid etc), they will require the patients to come to the doctor just to be told which room to go and they will charge it as doctor visit.

I gave one star because I had to as system didn't allow me to go further without it. I have been to many medical centers and this time I chose Sydney Premium as it was near to my work. I had a consultation with Doctor named Dr Subash Verma. Since I was a new patient at Sydney Premier, I was charged 90$ and it was fine and had no issues. Issue came when Dr Subash didn't even consult me for 5 minutes and just saw my throat and asked me for date to write down on the certificate and gave me antibiotics directly even without any proper consultation with me. A consultation that I expected was a deep root cause happening to me frequently and how to resolve it rather than just 2 - 3 minutes of paper writing and when I informed the same to the reception she tried to defend doctor.

I don't suggest anyone to visit here at all. Such a disheartening experience.

First and foremost, the professionalism of the doctors at this medical center was severely lacking. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with indifference and a palpable sense of apathy from the staff. The doctors themselves were not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude. It was clear that patient care was not their top priority.

Furthermore, the brevity of the consultations was truly astounding. In my case, the doctor barely spent two minutes with me before hastily concluding the appointment. There was no effort to understand my concerns or provide any meaningful guidance. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, eager to move on to the next patient.

Overall, my experience at Sydney Premier Medical & Health Centre was deeply disappointing. The lack of professionalism, the rudeness of the staff, and the rushed consultations make it clear that this is not a place where patients can expect to receive adequate care. I would strongly advise others to seek healthcare elsewhere in Sydney, where their well-being is treated with the respect and attention it

As a loyal patient, I have had the pleasure of being treated starting from when my son was a young child and now he is 15yrs old. Throughout this time, Dr. Subhash has consistently demonstrated remarkable empathy and professionalism, always willing to address any query or concern we may have had, making us feel comfortable and at ease. His expertise and guidance have been invaluable to me and my son, and we have been grateful for his unwavering support over the years.
