The program at Total Weight and Wellness Solutions has given me my energy and my life back. In approximately 4 months, I am down 24 lbs and now my labs are within normal range. When I started the program I was diagnosed with non alcohol fatty liver liver disease. My liver enzymes and my cholesterol levels were abnormal and elevated. Today, all my labs are normal and within range. I now have energy and feel healthy physically and internally.

I am in my 50’s and post menopausal, so loosing weight in the last 5 years has been difficult. I found this program to be easy to follow and maintain.
