I’ve not long moved to Wyong and I’m so pleased to find a Blooms in this are, I’m very happy with all aspects of this business, the staff are really well informed on the product, not just the prescriptions and are only too happy to assist me with all my requirements, I’ve also had my flu shots there too and about to get my next Covid booster.
It’s obvious that the captain off this ship is an in touch human been.

I have been a regular customer for 12 years. Blooms chemist Wyong offer a very professional service and genuinely care about your health. All staff have a good knowledge in relation to my needs and the products they provide. One of the staff, Lauren has an excellent demeanour and always makes me feel welcome when I enter the chemist. She loved a chat and a laugh. In dealing with Lauren over the years, she has shown to be a good assistant to the chemist and I believe she is an asset to the business.

Wow what a helpful sales assistant Lauren was. Helped me straight away, took me straight to what I needed, discussed my needs and then asked if I was a Blooms member and got $5 off for points earned! And so naturally friendly. Then she found me something not on the shelf. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. Real 5 star customer service. Best i've had anywhere . Thank you Lauren.

I would like to thank Lauren for the generosity and kindness she always shows me, but especially, today when she delivered my Covid medication. Nothing is ever too hard for her, and is always done with a smile.

What a great asset to Blooms The Chemist Wyong for having Lauren as an employee. When you walk into the shop she always gives you a friendly greeting with your name. Lauren always gives one hundred percent service. If a product is not available at the time she will give an alternative solution, she is so very knowledgeable. Always willing to help which makes it so much easier for me. Well done Lauren, keep up the great service, and thank you.

The chemist is great! They'll fill in your prescriptions straight away, the longest I've ever had to wait for my scripts was about 10 minutes. All the girls that work there especially Lauren are always so helpful, understanding & she makes you feel like an old school mate & if they aren't particularly busy then Lauren is always up for a general chat.

Fantastic friendly service, can’t recommend highly enough!

All staff members are super knowledgeable and have a fantastic free service where your medication can be dispensed in blister packs so I don’t have to worry about missing a dose.

My family’s prescribed medication has always been in stock, so no wait times like I have experienced at other chemists in the area.
