I love 6S! I have had a number of "twinges" assessed and solved by their wonderful physios and I have an excellent 90 minute remedial massage every month with Kelly or Camilla to keep everything tuned up. Super grateful to have such a professional , caring and brilliant team in my local area.

6S Physio is very professional very friendly. There is a wide range of treatments available. I have had K-laser and shockwave treatment for back, neck and shoulder issues. They tailor exercise plans to suit with recovery and strength. I also have remedial massage therapy. I have been going to Umina & Ettalong for many years. I absolutely recommend 6S Physio.

Chris explained my injury well, helping me understand how it happen. He gave an accurate estimate of recovery time. The exercises were easy to remember and do at home. Would recommend 6S to anyone!

Saw Leanne a massage therapist here and she was absolutely wonderful. I have serious issues with my neck and shoulder blades and after 1 hour I feel like I can think again. I recommend seeing her as she has a beautiful personality and really knows what's she is doing. Will definitely come back for a regular visit as I feel like it's worth paying for.

Not too much to say about this as I have been twice and had 5 minutes work performed however lots of paperwork to complete, so looking forward to seeing how my back responds when physiotherapy actually gets going. Lots of reminders to post though! 3/10/23 - Been having physio for ages now and the team are Amazing ? I love attending both Ettalong and Umina Beach and I always feel better after my appointments ?

I can’t speak highly enough about 6s Physio.
The reception staff are friendly & very welcoming. They will send a text & a call, to help remind you of your next visit.
My Physiotherapist Kirsten is amazing & an absolute miracle worker she understood my body & it’s complicated workings. She gave me great & useful exercises that are very doable & her massages on my problem area are divine & the only time I will actually sleep without pain.
6s Physio are well worth seeing when you need a Physiotherapist.
