Mel gives the BEST relaxation massages……I can’t recommend her highly enough and using the infrared sauna on my last visit was a fantastic addition to the whole experience. Mel has created a wonderful community at MMM Wellness with a range of classes and experiences to enjoy.

My first experience in the Infrared Sauna at MMMWellness was sublime, both physically and mentally. Starting with the surprise of entering the attractive, well appointed and secluded nook in which it is set, to finishing with the delight of a rose water spritz to cool the skin.

I appreciated the total control I had over temperature, lighting, sound and duration within the sauna unit.
(The glass door was simple to open at anytime, to step out momentarily into the cool or to access my drink bottle.)

There was no heavy sweating, as experienced in traditional saunas, simply an elevated warmth and glow all over. It was totally relaxing and peaceful. I felt quite euphoric, a feeling that stayed with me for hours afterwards.
Having experienced 2 more sessions, I have now booked a package of 10 sessions, as a priority for my health and sense of wellbeing.

Mmm wellness is always an amazing experience. Been going for massages for years and thought I would try the sauna experience and wasn’t disappointed. It was relaxing and sweaty, I enjoyed listening to my audiobook and enjoying the sauna. I will be doing it again and would recommend it.

Mel is amazing! She gives such an excellent massage in a very comfortable, relaxing environment. I added the sauna to my massage experience for that extra touch. Highly recommend.

5 stars all the way. I have been a customer of MMM Welllness for over 3 years now and highly recommend Mel and MMM Wellness for anyone looking for massage or Tai Chi and Yoga. Mel is such a warm and welcoming soul who is always professional and friendly. She acknowledges and appreciates her regulars and provides a warm and relaxing experience for new customers as well.
Amazing massage experiences and really knows how to get into the root of the niggles, whether for muscle stretching, deep tissue for recovery, sinus relief or just to relax.
Tai Chi classes are always fun, relaxing and stress free, easy enough for the beginner or more experienced people and perfect to just float away to.
I have referred many people to Mel and will continue to do so.
