Great service - Maddie helped me diagnose my back injury causes on my first visit and assessed my body to ensure it was the right diagnosis. The exercises she prescribed me has already seen improved functionality of my glutes inside the gym and decreased back pain. I've seen other physios before but never have they been great and 6S physio and Maddie helped regain my trust in physio as a great form of recovery. With a frustrating recurring back injury over 6 months seeing me slow down on my fitness goals, this is the first time I feel confident I'm on the right track with my recovery ☺️☺️ Thank you 6S Mingara and Maddie!

I’m so pleased that I went to 6S Physio Mingara.
They have exactly what I needed.
After having minor back surgery, I wanted a physio with access to a hydrotherapy pool.
I saw Bec who was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.
Bec designed a personalised plan for me. She printed it and even laminated it for me, so that I can have it with me, by the side of the pool.
