i'm a new patient at cooleman court medical centre and have had a great experience so far! the receptionists are kind and patient, my new doctor is efficient and works with much care. i'm an anxious person but feel very comfortable being seen there.

I have always had great experiences at this practice. The doctors genuinely care and don’t rush you through your appointment, however are also generally on time. Highly recommend.

The staff at the desk show concern and support. The waiting room is clean quiet and comfortable. Dr Yasmeen is a special doctor. I value her qualified and support medical guidance and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I feel that it is important to stay with the same surgery in order to have ongoing care, I’m lucky enough to have the best looking out for me.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Dr John Reeve was the meanest old man i’ve ever met. I was telling him some of the symptoms i was experiencing and he stopped me and said he didn’t want to know any more of my symptoms. He answered the phone 3 times and was on each call for almost 15 minutes (talking about someone’s marriage, wife and kids).
My mother was in the room and he told her she was not allowed to speak. He typed so slow i wanted to do it for him. He needs to retire. I then paid the 80 something dollars for a rude old man and exposure to 3 phone calls in my appointment. I told the receptionists and they shrugged and told me the bill.
Will NOT be going back. Scared of Dr Reeve and unimpressed overall.

DO NOT come here if you have any respect for yourself. They are unorganised and incompetent. After coming here numerous times I have come away frustrated and disappointed without fail. They charge you for THEIR OWN mistakes.
An example is they charged me 60 dollars for a missed appointment even though they had rescheduled me to the next day since the doctor was unavailable. They then proceeded to tell me my appointment the next day was cancelled because The doctor was away AGAIN. If you are seeking adequate healthcare look somewhere other than here.

Doctor is not helpful at all, she does notnlistens to her patients as other GPs do. I never had this worse expierince from any other medicalbcentre. The doctors in UC and Weston creek family medicine are excellent at their work and with their patients. I regret choosing this centre for appointment. Id rather go late next time then having the earliest appointment sceduled. Awful people and kept me waitin for 25 minutes for my appointment, and did nit let me cancel as well. Wasted money

I had an appointment with Dr. Shaheen Chaudhary today and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I found Dr. Chaudhary's demeanor to be extremely unprofessional, which was both surprising and disappointing.

Firstly, I felt that Dr. Chaudhary was rather dismissive of my concerns. I had several questions about my condition and treatment options, but her responses were brief and lacked the thoroughness I was expecting. This left me feeling unheard and undervalued. Dr. Chaudhary's approach can be described as abrupt and, in my view, bordered on rudeness. There was a distinct lack of empathy and bedside manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and anxious during the consultation.

I also observed a lack of professionalism in how she spoke and her attitude was apalling. Terrible service, terrible doctor and terrible person. More empathy and politeness would be nice, the free walk in centre provides so much better service than at this clinic and especially from this pathetic doctor. Do better and don't treat your patients this way, should be stripped of all your qualifications. Pathetic excuse for a doctor.

Dr Iris Ko and her reception staff led myself and my wife on a wild goose chase to simply get a blood test and a vaccine. Citing nearby nurse clinic services that are not present so as to avoid work for themselves. If you value your health do not attend this clinic or speak to Dr Iris Ko.
