I had a very hard time as I was given a script from a dr that couldn't be accepted at chemist. After many attempts to find a solution I went back to where I was staying I looked up this place. I made a call and the receptionist was wonderful she said I could come in as it wasn't busy (8:00pm) or when the dr was finished she would ask for a phone consultation. I was able to have a conversation with dr within 30 minutes of providing my details to reception and I now have a Script to fill..thanks

Called 9.30pm last night as my 88 grandmother had just tested positive for Covid and her drs were closed the next day. Kristy the receptionist was wonderful and we got straight through to Dr Nicole who went through Nans medications very thoroughly and was able to prescribe antivirals! Amazing service, thanks again!

Shame, Bridges, Shame on you! You advertise 10:30 pm closing time and yet you are closed by 9 pm. If you have as many people requiring a doctor's attention, as the sign on the door states, then logic suggests you would be open much longer dealing with the said patients. It would appear, from previous reviews, that this is an ongoing strategy, and not an isolated event. How does your closing early take the weight off the Emergency Dept at Wyong Hospital. Just a load of spin for your Youtube vid. I repeat, Shame on you Bridges.

Seems to be a common theme with this place judging by the comments, Arrived at 5.40pm when they close at 6pm with an 18 month old running a temp and vommiting. Turned us away saying they were not seeing anymore patients, only 1 in waiting room mind you. Now off to clog up emergency for probably the next 6 hrs. If you are advertising walk ups and close at 6 then thats what you do... if not adjust your close time and close earlier. Unreal!!!

We have visited here with our toddler quite a few times, and despite a wait the Doctors have always been great. I arrived tonight with my sick 2 year old in tow arriving at 850pm - they close at 1030pm, to be bluntly told, were not seeing anymore patients.
I had a visibly sick 2 year old crying holding her ear, there was no question of is she ok what is the problem? Let me check with the Doctor as she is a baby. Just no, no more patients. Absolutely disgusted with the service tonight.

As others have said - we arrived a good 25 minutes from advertised close time with a 3 year old who was very upset with a sore ear. Rude receptionist told us "Doctors not seeing anyone else we're at capacity". There was an elderly couple, and the waiting room was empty otherwise. We were told "the doctor has seen 30 patients today and been open since 1pm" (with a 6pm close time). We were refused service & told to see the ED at the hospital when it was the hospital who told us to SEE BRIDGES AFRER hours.

Not only that but the doctor on duty was our regular GP from our local practice!! Still didn't care! Patient care was 0.

Beyond livid and disgusted. If you don't care about patients why be a doctor?! Especially one that has an interest in "paediatric care".

We're now following up with a official complaint with the AMA and Brad hazard about this practice and doctor. I can see from other reviews that this is a regular occurrence from this practice & it's just unacceptable..

I suggest others who're being treated the same way lodge a official complaint with the HCCC.
