Great first experience at this GP. Giving 5 stars for now because:
1. Able to book appointments online
2. Saw Dr Kim within 5mins of the scheduled appointment time (punctual). Great feeling when you see that walk-in patients have 2 hrs wait times (there is a sign at the front counter which is very transparent)
3. Bulk-bill (except for first consultation which is fair enough)
What else do you need?

Edit 10months in: still recommend going to this GP. Doctor punctuality for online book in is still amazing compared to other clinics. Really appreciate this as I often need to bring my sick son in.

Found Dr Sheau Wen Wendy Low to be quite rude and condescending.

Seemed like she was more interested in arguing and proving her point than answering questions and being considerate. She got very defensive when I tried to ask a more questions. I found her knowledge to be quite one note and what you would find easily online. I tried to explain to her my previous history but she kept acting as if there was no correlation.

Also she didn't seem to care that I was still in pain. I almost felt she didn't believe me and was trying to prove I was wrong or making it up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been to the practice for a while as it's convenient and they are open longer. It can be a bit hit and miss with the gps at the practice she was probably the rudest/worst gp experience I had.

I'd rate 0 star if possible. I've never been treated this rudely in my life. It was an old lady who answered my call for an appointment, she was extremely impatient from the moment she picked up the call. When she gave me a time and I just needed 3 seconds to double check on my calendar to see if I'm available at that time. She became really mad and said it sarcastically that she's busy and she doesn't want to waste time with me. I literally just needed 3 seconds to see my calendar. If this clinic is this busy and they are not willing to "waste" time with their patients then I recommend recruiting more staff instead of lashing out on their customers. At the end I still said thank you but she bluntly snapped off the call. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE

Garbage. Without a doubt the absolute WORST medical centre I've ever visited. I've been to clinics in Singapore, Osaka, Seattle and Hong Kong but none were as bad as this place! The receptionists were impatient and the doctors are unskilled slackers who will accuse you of being delusional just to avoid doing real work.

The reality? They're too lazy and incompetent to diagnose anything beyond the simplest of ailments. They want that paycheck without putting in the work. Literally any other clinic in Sydney is a better bet in this regard.

I saw Alan (Allen?) Chow and a chinese woman, can't remember her name but they were both older and obnoxious and far too lazy to look into anything in detail. Once they can't fob your sickness off they will try to turn the tables and gaslight you and of being a nutjob, using terms like 'all in your head' and 'stop playing games with me'.

I've a feeling the 'doctors' here are bottom of the barrel flukes I:e lowest-scoring graduates who barely scraped by and exchange gaslighting tips to cover for their unprofessionalism. They parrot each other almost 1:1.

Update: This quack shack has moved to another location within Chatswood.

I think Dr Wang Ping is the worst doctor I met. Very unprofessional and rude for the patient. Not answering questions and even said I am already the doctor have you a lots of advice in his less than 5 mins ‘services’.

On my visit this Tuesday, there was a new nurse, she's wearing really inappropriate! can see most of her Breasts! OMG, especially when she bend down. This is so unprofessional in a healthcare place! I've never seen a nurse dressed like that! How come the manager allow such cloth in their medical center?! what a shame! She is also very impatient and rude to me! why she's there?

I had a bad experience with this place. I had bad allergic reaction on my face and limbs during shopping and I was away from home I found this gp open around the shopping centre. However all the docs were on lunch break and the receptionist said she will charge me $150 as a new patient. I only needed a prescription for my usual steroid to buy from chemist. Had to catch a taxi and checked in to emergency at RNS for my medication. These people are opportunistic and will take advantage of your vulnerability. AVOID!

I would give no star if I could, took my 13 month old baby there because no other medical center was available in the area. They requested everyone who entered to wear a mask which I respect that but then they also requested a RAT test done to be able to see a GP which I find extremely frustrating as it was not mandatory anymore. Coincidentally they asked us to purchase one from the pharmacy there which I now strongly believe it’s probably co-owned or somewhat related to the medical center. Despite all this, we actually told the receptionist that we had in fact done a RAT test earlier about 3 hours before arriving which we had a photo with time/date to prove but the receptionist was so rude with her response implying the photo was fake or something.
It seems to me this medical center cares more about money than people’s health which is unethical and disgusting. Now my baby is stuck with a fever for the night until we find another medical center the next day.
Reading other reviews, I can strongly recommend people to stay away from this medical center if possible.
