The staff are absolutely fantastic. Josh & Emily went above & beyond today to help. They took the time to ask how they could help & listened. & then they helped me on the spot. Josh & Emily always have a smile & look after the family definitely helps. The scripts are always filled quickly or as soon as they can. Recommend them ?

I ve been using this chemist for the past 7 years as it is local.
As the years have past they have become slower and rude. I was told it would be up to a 40 min wait on scripts. The young lady at the front is rude and has no compassion. She has treated me with disrespect every time I go in there and have just put it to her hating her job. Whilst waiting for my script, they treated this elderly lady with the same disrespect and with no compassion. Clearly the older lady was confused and didn’t understand what the girl was saying. Unacceptable behaviour from staff and chemist.
Should be ashamed of yourself. If you hate your job so much quit, and shut up shop

dump of a chemist - i came in here and politely asked if they could have a (vital) prescription medicine ordered in for the following day - the pharmacist, male, mumbled something, in reply, which i found passively aggressive, then I was told i would have to wait 3 (THREE) days for the product to arrive; I responded, in a matter-of-fact way, "It never takes that long anywhere else. I'll find another pharmacy"; then as I was walking out the staff were sniggering at me! What a bunch of losers!

Lady told me 15 min wait. I waited 45 minutes. People that ordered 15 minutes after me were getting their script before me. When I got inpatient and asked the lady she grabbed the box from the pile that had been behind her for the last 15 minutes. Mind you I was sitting right in front of her waiting so she knew I was there. Very disappointed and annoyed as they saw how long I was waiting for a script that was already ready.
